great facilities and location at a debt price. would stay again

No basic supplies (dish cloths, washing up liquid, salt, pepper etc) which you would hope would be provided in a high end self catering apartment. Also, the fact we had to strip the beds and fold sheets, pillowcases and towels into separate piles on the dining table to secure the deposit back was a little much a left a bit of a bad taste.

The view and the location

A very big disappointment, not something you expect from a five-star hotel, they asked us to purchase toilet paper and brought us a vacuum cleaner to clean the room ourselves, room service is not available only on the day you leave, recommend going to another hotel, Langley Hôtel Tango, where we had more fun and paid less

We paid for the half board option, but the breakfast was very basic and boring. The half board dinner was even worse. It was clear that money was saved on the half board food as the standard was much lower than the food for those paying for the a la carte. We requested to cancel our evening meals after 3 nights and were offered a refund, but no compensation for the inedible food we’d had, and not eaten, on the other nights

access to the boot room isn’t great, but apart from that is AMAZING!!!

breakfast was great, evening meals were included in our stay and the food was excellent - mostly regional specialities! The staff very helpful and mindful of our need for gluten-free meals for one of our party. The spa facilities were an added bonus.

It was a shame that on the last night, the evening meal was not as outstanding as the other nights - we had come to expect lovely regional dishes, which we had most other nights. When trying to arrange changing facilities for the end of our last day, since we were traveling overnight, it was difficult to find reception staff or to catch them by phone
