This was a very comfort property. Everything was nice.

Nice, clean rental unit on a canal. Was nice to sit outside by the waterway and relax. Nice spacious place well-equipped with everything we would need. Great screened lanai porch with views of the water. Air conditioning worked very well, kept the place very comfortable.

Jack is a very kind and generous person. We had some issues with the rental that needed addressed and Jack was very receptive to our concerns to make things better for us. The rental is located right next to a water inlet that was very nice. There are many ducks and birds to watch, and we saw a dolphin two days in a row. The neighborhood is so-so. I tried to do my daily walk and was nearly attacked by a dog on two separate occasions. There are many loose cats and dogs and run-down properties.

Property was great! Very clean and homey. The owner was awesome and easy to work with. Kids enjoyed kayaking right in the backyard. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay at or better experience. In the future if we come back down we would rent it again!

The property is as advertised it’s an older place but clean and very affordable. The communication was very good and the property had everything I needed for my stay.

Nice place for the money. All the amenities including washer and dryer were nice. Basic toiletries, such as soap were not provided. The house was spacious , but definitely in need of update and repair. AC worked great. Overall, an acceptable Property for the price and location. Would consider staying again in the future.

Beautiful house right on the canal. Very clean with everything you need... I felt right at home on vacation. The house was bigger than I thought. I can't say enough about how great our stay was. The owner was very responsive on anything that I needed. Will recommend and rent again.

Booked this property for an extended vacation in the Tampa area. It was extremely comfortable and a great value. The owner was a delight to correspond with and was quick to answer any questions. I will be reserving this same spot the next time I'm in the area.

We could not ask for a better home owner to work with! The cottage is so spacious and well taken care of. Everything was clean and organized. Homey quilts on the comfortable beds, large screened in porch to enjoy the views and we took advantage of the grill provided. This is one Vrbo we don’t feel like we need to bring tons of stuff with us to feel at HOME. We look forward to our annual visit!

The house is neatly kept. It reminded me of an 80s NJ Shore house. The peaceful view of water was welcoming as we were there for a funeral. We did not use full facilities since we visited family often but what we did use was nice. When we visit family again we will stay here.

Home is about 30 minutes to the parks and other places we wanted to visit. It was comfortable for us. Very close to Publix shopping center. Host was very nice and quick in responding.

In its day this would have been a showplace double wide mobile home. Plenty of seating for your family or friends. The screened porch was great and we spent most evenings out there watching the canals and TV.

Rainy days in Florida proves not a problem with the handy car port. The house was more that large enough with three sofas in the living room, a family room area and a large screened in porch. The main bedroom is very large with a spacious bathroom. All but the water edge of the yard is fenced so I felt safe to walk my dog back there. The ONLY thing was the street the house was on was a bit sketchy for me out walking my dog alone at dark. I just stopped walking out front and stayed in our own back yard.

We had a great time during our vacation. The property is a convenient location to everything! A dolphin came into the canal every morning and enjoyed eating fish. We brought a small boat and we’re able to fish and crab in the rivers. We enjoyed meeting Jack and his wife!

The house has a nice, spacious homey feel with an screened in patio right on the water! Jack is also a great and responsive host. Will stay again in the future!

Easy check in and super quiet neighborhood. I would definitely recommend and will be doing future business with.
