beautiful location - the views, the sea, quite surrounding

old, outdated, poorly trained personnel, very poor food quality and options, dirty in the places of communal usage

Better than my expectation- i was there for my birthday and they did their best to make my birthday reminiscent. I’d like to thank Ms.Nilay and all of their reception staff and their restaurant staff specially Mr.Nuri. Everything was perfect 🤩

The hotel is located on a small hill next to the sea which has a private beach with an elevator access. There are 5 swimming pools and a Spa center with Sauna, Thermal pool, hoth baths and a Turkish hammam. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. All of the reception guys (Dilara, Merve, Dilşad, Alp) were amazing. Also restaurant personel (Tanju, Mustafa) were very helpful. The little problems that we encountered were solved very quickly. The hotel and rooms were very clean. We really liked the hotel and had great time.

The pool bars and the vitamin bar at Spa center were not open and there were not enough hotel personnel near the pools. So it was not very easy to order drinks or food. The dinner was ok but the breakfast quality was below standarts and it should be better for a five star hotel. There is no hanger or any equipment to hang our wet towels or swimsuits in the balcony so we had to put them on the chairs.

The hotel have nice private beach the view of the room is nice on the garden. The people working at the hotel was responsible and so great and helpful.

The room is little bite old for 5 stars hotel, the position of the hotel was so far of the center and other city. The spa massage was not as indicate medical, and the service so much commercial.

Crew was very friendly and all areas clean.

Non any of the crew speak English. Non any glasses to drink water in our room. When i asked from the Bar to use a bottle opener they asked 50 TL just to use. Thanks that one of the crew took the resposibility and opend my wine bottles for free. Was the bad memories from our stay

Good buffet breakfast and dinner, a good selection and range. Hotel was quite big and overall very clean. Free parking was provided very close to the entry. Not a big walk from reception to the rooms, or to the restaurant or pool. Very nice water slide and 2 good sized pools.

Rooms are outdated and it could do with some upgrades. Furniture is old. TV in the room didnt even have a HDMI input. Staff were not very attentive, they seemed to be really laid back and in no hurry at all to complete any task. There was no poolside service which I found strange for a 5-star resort. On our last day we had to wait until 8.15 for an omelette even though the restaurant opened at 7am. Location although it is on the beach, it isnt walking distance to anywhere, even the Cesme city centre is a 10minute drive away.

Animation team was great!

The indoor pool was disgusting it was rusty and dirty. there was some leakage in the toilet area and they sweep the dirty water in the pool!!! Also they are short on staff orders were always late. the was not always fresh because my mother had diarrhea twice. Also I thought I got a good deal because we purchased the room 3 months ago. Our stay was 2 weeks long but we paid 1000 tl more then the current price.

This Hotel is PERFECT. Staff-Food-Facilities-Location is Excellent. This Hotel is located on Hill with front private beach access, and because of location always you get pleasure wind which make you feel comfortable during day even weather is 35-40C. Food is perfect and a-lot of options, Very Clean and Secure hotel. There are 2 pools. One is good for families who has kids, another is perfect and silence those who want relax. If you are reading my message and considering holiday BOOK now, you will not regret. You cant find any hotel even you pay double than here the same quality. There are better hotels available in Turkey, but you must pay 5 times more. Owner of Hotel visiting everyday facilities and checking quality, majority of staffs from Tourism University and they know what they are doing. There is no crowd in hotel, you don’t wait in Q, a-lot of place available and free in pool and beach. Hotel is not all inclusive concept, we had breakfast and dinner, and if you want you can find Ale Carte Restaurant during day. Animation is great, good for kids. I would like to also special thanks to Mrs. Nadide who really help our family enjoy the holiday during our stay with her positive and customer oriented approach. BTW: this hotel just open new Otel 5m from far name is ONLIVE, if you want a little higher luxury please consider ON LiVE Hotel, a-little higher rate but very high luxury.

Each hotel has +/-. what I paid and what I god 1/3. thats why I cant say anything bed about. for sure you may not like somethings here but it may happen even you pay 5 times more to other hotel. I had other otel reservation for next week, we cancel it and we are going ONTUR otel again.
