The Hotel is close to the Boyalik beach, with a great view. I stayed 3 nights there, Staffs are very friendly and helpful, the Rooms and Hotel areas were very clean, You clean enjoy the Food variety for the most tastes, and it is mainly Turkish cuisine.
You will Love the sea view from your rooms, the best Place for relaxing. I would recommend this Hotel to every one.
It not worth to mention small issues by this wonder full Hotel, Just if house keeping checks the minibar and Bathroom facilities, that you should not to call for every thing, it will be perfect.

This is definitely not a 5 Star hotel. 4 Star at most, more a good 3 Star facility. If it wasn’t for the location and the views I would not recommend it to a friend. The staff is not really qualified especially at the reception. They are not able to speak another language than Turkish. the hospitality is nowhere where it should be, the staff seems not really happy to work at the hotel.

We had breakfast and dinner, They were delicious, varied and clean. The hotel is beautiful and the beach too, I also liked the safety system to open the door to the pool and beach to protect the kids. I also liked the quick response of the staff there when one of us get ill, and they brought us a doctor to the room. And also they agreed to change our rooms to sea view.
The reception staff did not know English well, Also, we arrived around 6h00 am and we were tired, but the staff refused to give us rooms before 2 pm, although I asked them to take into account our circumstances because there was a sick person with us, but they allowed us to eat breakfast only.

Staffs don’t speak English well, they charged me wrong amount, dinner was worst, not worth it at all, I don’t recommend this hotel also they asked me to provide account number so they can return the excess amount and I didnt get it yet

We stayed at this hotel off-season so it was reasonably quiet. The staff was very courteous and very attentive to COVID19-curbing measures/hygiene. It was also very good value for money.
The spa facilities could do with an upgrade and were also very shabby (cleaning tools left lying in the hamam etc). It is not what I'd expect from a five star hotel. The suite in which we stayed did not have sufficient lighting to my tastes.

the rooms were clean enough. location and the sea is perfect.
we have asked 4 times to put single beds together it worked only after 5th time which means a day. there had to be an extra bed for our 6 year old but it never came.
The spa is open but they require reservation for 2 hours use of spa and it's fully booked since it only has capacity for 30 people while the hotel was almost full of people. they only granted us for the dinner and breakfast hours. they claimed this is a covid19 procaution but we were not involved prior to our arrival.
variaty of open buffet was allright but the quality was avarage and sometimes below avarage.
We'd expect more from this hotel since we have stayed previously and had better experience.

Pool is so Cold that is impossibel to swim and relax. I like and love your hotel. Come back asap.

Location and beach area were great. Food (breakfast and dinner) was alright.
- The room was not very clean.
- Staff were quite busy most of the time so you have to wait long time to get the service. They are also not that welcoming and friendly.
