Car park spaces are ridiculously small

Quality price is wonderful. Spotles clean, big and comfy rooms. 10 min walk and you're at the end of Mill Road.

Breakfast is only till 9:30 during the week and one of the days they run out of eggs. It can happen, next time send someone to the shops.

we expected only a light continental breakfast and was surprised to find the vast amount of choice all to a high standard .the man on reception was extremely helpful with info on how to get to the city as it was our first time in Cambridge

Hard to get to

The breakfast was lovely and the location was good to get to Cambridge. My room was quiet which was important to me .The sheets and towels were clean and the shower was good .

The room wasn't very clean . Lots of dust behind the TV set and the carpet was really dirty and sticky which meant we didn't like not having our shoes on .Not been cleaned for months .The beds were too hard for us but saying that I think bed comfort is an individual thing and hard beds might be ideal for others

Stains on the sofa bed, room next to the car park and we heard car doors alarms etc going off both mornings. The breakfast wasn’t great the cooked selection was terrible. The air con filter needed to be changed

Everything but especially the breakfast. A special gluten-free area with a range of foods and a dedicated toaster. Not many hotels understand how important this is.

The sofa bed was a health hazard. I booked for two adults and a child less than 2 years old. So we needed an additional bed. The sofa bed made the space really congested and there was this metal thing sticking out from the end of the sofa bed which actually nicked my little girl. Overall not a good facility for people with kid/s. Also the heating was not working properly.

This hotel is really cheap here in Cambridge, and the room and service is nice. Also the breakfast is really nice!

When we arrived, the room is not cleaned! We told this problem to welcome desk, it seemed from the receptionist that this position is really normal! Although finally they change the room for us with cleaned, I feel not so comfortable to see that room used before.

About room we’re been in it’s no power in it . But Reception staff been great and they trying to solve the issue ..They offered free drinks so was so nice from them .(We’re have difficult times that day ) spot on ! and they offered other room instead -Really happy ! 😊

Nice room, friendly staff.

We were told gluten free options were available as requested, there was no gluten free bread and very poor selection of other gluten free options. Also the bar ran out of IPA and there were no Baileys, Tia Maria or hot chocolate.

Comfortable bed.

Shampoo not filled up, breakfast very basic (no fried or poached eggs, hash browns, black pudding etc.)

Bit further from town but we managed on the bus .

Nagyon kedves fogadtatásban volt részünk, a recepciós hölgy nagyon kedves, készséges volt. A reggeli bőséges, finom volt.

Cambridge belvárosától kissé messze volt. Bár volt helyi busz, a közlekedési dugó miatt a buszok egyszerűen nem jöttek, így gyalog kellett besétálni a városba.

Room size was good..check in was easy and efficient …overnight parking reasonably priced…breakfast selection was basic but had something for everyone.

All the fresh towels in our room were stained. We went to reception and we were given a fresh set.

Only had breakfast , out for other meals, but I found it be most satisfactory. Everyone was very friendly.
