Wase very confy and Friendly, we did love it and we will come back anytime 😊 The breakfast wase very nice and great and all this place in middle of the Contry Derbyshire is so lovely 😍 wishes we back in summer ☀️

Very welcoming on arrival. With a pot of tea and a piece of homemade cake. To help us settle into the room. A peaceful location, with lots of information on walks and local wildlife, places to visit and eat out.

Maybe Complimentary bottle water for the room. Which was on the mini bar menu, which was at extra cost. Most places I’ve stayed give guest a couple of bottles on arrival.

We loved everything! It's all on a fully working farm but there was hardly any noise. The room has an upstairs and downstairs and is more like a 1 bedroom house! The whole place is spotlessly clean! The bedroom has a huge comfortable bed and the upstairs bathroom has a jacuzzi bath and a multi jet shower. Downstairs has a kitchenette, another bathroom with a shower etc which is ideal for after being in the hot tub. The hot tub is huge, and although is outside, is under cover. We sat in the tub during a thunderstorm watching the lightning. Staff are fantastic and can't do enough for you. Breakfast is freshly cooked and they make sure there is more than enough! Would u stay there again??... Already planning to!!

The only thing I didn't like was the chairs in the bedroom. The back is reclined to 45 degrees and are uncomfortable after a few minutes. This was literally the only thing I could think of and there's plenty of other chairs etc

We booked the hideaway suite it was perfect very clean the owners have thought of everything it has unique style in the room it was absolutely gorgeous we will return

Loved all the extras in the bathroom and was very clean. Had a fridge and a mini fridge with lots to choose from with a price list. It even had a menu stating what they provide and also what there is do do near by.

Luxurious place, absolutely stunning. So comfortable, the bed is amazing.

Cant fault hardly anything. Maybe have some music playing in the background over breakfast but thats really about it.

Every member of staff is lovely, so friendly and welcoming. It’s a beautiful farm house. Really enjoyed our stay in the studio hideaway with jacuzzi! Breakfast was gorgeous !! Highly recommended

The room was v tiny and the hot tub area was a little basic with the sun loungers and tables looking a little neglected. It would have been nice with a few plants perhaps

It's expensive so could only go as a treat for 1 night. And couldn't turn up the hot tub which was a shame. But everything else was perfect x

The location is stunning and the farmhouse itself is quirky and in intriguing. The suite we stayed in was cosy, but a little tired / odd decor wise. With a little TLC, maybe seeking to maximise it's character, it would be stunning. The hot tub in the outdoor courtyard was excellent, as was the breakfast and the hospitality. Overall, we would definitely return but would perhaps opt for a less expensive room choice as we didn't feel that the suite provided value for money.

Our room was quite dated and very fussy decor wise, the furniture is much too big for the room which made it feel smaller than it is, it felt cluttered and dark and not great value for money. It’s an old building and we found quite a few cobwebs which is fine except that check in is 4:30 and checkout is 11:00 to allow for a thorough clean, which might raise value for money issues if you are just staying one night. Leaking tap had caused water to pool in the bathroom but this was fixed on day 2.
