Close to the beach and close to the train station. Being inside the shopping district was also beneficial with the option of going cheap or expensive. The bed was nice and the wifi was working ok.

The rooms were too small. Especially the bathroom in the single en-suite was problematic as it was really small. Struggled when showering as there was almost no space to turn. And I kept bumping my head into the shower shelf which might be less of a problem for shorter people. But I am only 180cm. Also no space for storage. They could have used the vertical space a bit better.

Need renovation

We were just passing through Cannes and this was the perfect place for a quick pit stop - it was great value for money, decent bed, clean and good pressure shower. By all means it’s not luxury. You get what you pay for the price and the location is brilliant!

great staff and great location , and cheap price

Every visit was greeted with a cup of coffee and croissant and I don't think I've ever been greeted that way! Room was neat and tidy, location was brilliant! Can't complain about anything.

Rooms were small, no parking on premise, no curtain for tub.

Good location, easy to find, close to railway station. Very good receptionist. Good heating by reverse cycle air conditioning. Hot water at good pressure. Very good Wi Fi. I was using in low season, and would expect this hotel to be more expensive high season or during local events such as the Film Festival, as it is very close to the auditorium.

Amazing location at the city center, next to the Festival Palace.

My single room had no real window or source of daylight. Disturbing noises from people passing by the corridor, neighbors on the call, clapping doors, flushing toilets.

Found a dirty sock in the cupboard. Wasn't impressed with the overall cleanliness.

Hospitable and friendly staff

The room was very small, not fit for a business traveller with a suitcase to keep and suites to hang. The room was having a stale smell.

Unfriendly staff, noisy and tiny rooms with literally no electricity outlets in the wall.

The location is stunning, stuff is really pleasant. Bed is comfortable, there is AC in the room if needed.

Room and bathroom are a bit old.
