Cheap, fair price-value ratio. The room itself was very quiet, and the bed comfortable.

Unmotivated staff, communication issues in English. The toilet also had no working ventilation.

Price was just right. Close to Verdun Memorial. Great location near the city of Verdun. Food nearby. Great for kids and pet friendly.

Room was pretty clean and was great for a quick stop for one night. Shower was decent, hot with good pressure. Breakfast was nice (lots of choice for us as vegetarians)

Could maybe update/clean/paint the wallpaper, it looked a bit marked/stained (Maybe condensation marks?)

Rooms were small but clean. The room was 24-25 degrees Celsius and we had to open all the windows to try and cool off. There were some kind of bug in the room as my wife and I were covered in bites in the morning. I personally have around 20 bites.

The parking.

Our room was on the ground floor because we had our pet with us. It is fine but because of this we were banned from the upper floor rooms and the cafeteria. The problem was that our room was small, the walls dirty, it was a triple room , although we asked for a double. There were two single beds and across the top of the single beds was a bunk bed which was so low that you always bumped your head into it when going to your bed. The bathroom, well I really cannot call it a bathroom: the sink was in the room beside the bed, the shower was also beside the bed. A really weird arrangement.

Close to the motorway. Reasonable prices and a quick check in.

It was very noisy at night and into the early morning, with groups outside playing loud music.

My (modern, updated) GPS didn't find the address easily (it's in a large retail park) but eventually found it. There was only a plastic stool (with no back) to sit on at the sitting area in the room.

A very basic room with a reasonable amount of space but with three people a bit of a squeeze. The shower and toilet were of good quality.

Fairly basic breakfast. There are only staff on duty for a few hours per day which was fine of us but difficult if there was an emergency.

There was a bad smell in the room. After opening the Window the smell in the room disappeared but there was a terrible smell in toilet. As if someone smoked and toilet was not totally clean.

Location was convenient, on site parking, staff were friendly

Uncomfortable bed, toilet smelt so badly you could still smell it with the door shut, no soundproofing - we could hear people in the next room using the toilet, could hear vehicles outside with the window shut, no toaster at breakfast

Room was absolutely okay and very clean!

My mother stayed here after she had an accident while travelling through Verdun. She was on crutches and had difficulty taking her breakfast tray to a table while staff was watching and didn't even offer help.
