Location - excellent, couldn't be better - for families, couples and older people Room - met needs Noise - only one night some young schoolies bit noisy - soon sorted

The TV was small , difficult to read what the programs are about - younger people probably wouldn't be bothered but for oldies, relaxing in front of TV after day of activities would be nice

Great value for money, in the middle of the CBD, friendly staff, clean.

Parking is really awful. Would not recommend taking a large vehicle.

Poor building is old and tired, obviously built in 60s to 70s. Scruffy looking in places

This was a great location. Central to everything so walking and no need to take the car out. The room was basic but clean. It can be a little loud late into the evening with revellers on Main Street. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Stayed previously at the end of a holiday. Chose to stay again at the beginning of our holiday. Being so close to Airlie Lagoon.

Facilities are getting a bit tired but still clean.

the room was essentially like a repurposed closet. There was no room for anything so the hanging space for clothes was an open rod with eclectic mix of old hangers just tacked onto a wall beside the smallest TV I have ever seen. the toilet and shower stall was on a corridor that led to a storage area! there was not only light under the door but shuffling sounds of people! Our ‘outdoor area” was straight into a scooter park area in a wider car park. horrible!

The property was in a great location.

There had been work on a water heater in the next door room and no one checked that the water heater had been turned back on. Zero hot water.
