The swimming pool and 3 rooms with attached bathrooms.
Spacious and beautiful greenery all around the villa.
The lack of facilities within the villa eg. Cutlery, towels, downstairs air conditioning, toilet hygiene and breakfast menu is limited are some examples of them.

This villa is the best villa I’ve ever stayed at. Despite it being a bit older style it was still worth everything. The hospitality was amazing. We felt really safe staying at this villa, 24/7 security. The staff are the most kindest and welcoming people. They treated us with respect and accommodated to all our needs. The supervisor Gede Agus was so lovely he made our stay even better. If we ever had a problem he would fix it. Danoya made our stay in Bali so memorable ❤️❤️

Danoya Villa was great to book for a large group, great value and we were able to spread out very comfortably across multiple villas with a private pool. Our favourite villas were on the left side as they had a lot of natural light and rice field views. The breakfast options were delicious, and the location was perfect close to everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The pools were very beautiful.
The right side villas are a bit darker due to the obstructing building next door. The five bedroom villa doesn’t have aircon downstairs so can get a bit stuffy, but they had fans and aircon in the rooms at least.

We booked and paid for 10 nights with a 2 bedroom villa and we immediately checked out after getting the keys to our villa. It looked nothing like the photos, it was completely run down, dirty and in need of serious maintenance. The villa had 2 bathrooms and both of the windows in the bathrooms were broken and unable to be closed, therefore the bathrooms were full of mosquitos. The bed sheets and pillows were yellow, stained and dirty. The cupboards were broken and dusty, the pool outside was dirty and the tiles broken. They refused to give us a refund even though we checked out immediately. I would avoid this property at all costs.

After reading the reviews I was worried but when we got their villa 12 it was perfect for the price of the villa. It was huge and the pool was fantastic. My family loved it , the staff are beautiful too. The furniture is dated but we didn’t mind . The kitchen could do with a facelift but again didn’t use it so didn’t mind. The beds were so comfy! Slept so well. Breakfast is good we had cornflakes / French toast and continental each day .

It was fine, but needs some maintenance. One of the air conditioners in a bedroom didn’t work, the shower drain was blocked, the patio roof was broken in places. I gave up asking for things to be fixed, and for coffee at breakfast (it never came)

The staff at the counter are friendly. And that’s all to it. The manager , Mr Calvin and the supervisor, Mr Eke are not responsible as higher management. The manager couldn’t be contacted for half the day and without this manager, certain decisions can’t be made by the supervisor. And it appears that this hotel only has ONE decision maker and there’s no backup plan. Mr Calvin had called on sick and to my disbelief, there’s no second in charge to take over and the whole world couldn’t contact the manager for half a day. It is as though the premises are amateurs in hospitality management. And to make matters worse, they even lied through their teeth. Mr Eke promised that they will seal up the room as it is too unserviceable for the next guest to stay for a couple of days following my checkout. And to my horror, Mr Calvin, the manager alleged that there wasn’t such an arrangement at all.
There’s many issues with villa 10, the villa i stayed in.
1. The swimming pool lights couldn’t be turned on for more than 5 minutes and it will short circuit and be blown out. As a result, no night swimming is possible for all the 3 nights stay in this villa.
2. There’s no door bell. And one had to wait at the main door should there be delivery, at the risk of getting bitten by the mosquitoes.
3. This is the worst. The master bedroom toilet couldn’t flush properly. When one flashes, it will choke and whatever waste residues will be seen at the base of the toilet bowl. As a result, a pungent odour lingers in the toilet which penetrates into the room. This is the most unacceptable! Hygiene standards is the basic of any hospitality. As a result, I had to walk to the first floor from my room on the second floor each time I and my roommate had to use the toilet! Is this a prank?
4. The jaccuzi system of the swimming pools aren’t working as well. And technicians are only available at 9am to turn them on and it will auto shut itself there after.
5. The Master bedroom door are so worn out that one had to use immense strength to push the two panel door close enough to be able to lock the door.
6. This villa is stingy in the provision of bath towels. There’s only 2 bath towel provided per bathroom. No face towel and no hand towel at all. And to make matters worse, the two bath towels are stained ones.
7. There’s stains on the bedsheet. One feels itchy after resting on the bed.
8. The wardrobe is super dusty. When I run my hanger across the pole, I could literally see dust particles suspended in the air. All the wooden furnitures are in such a dilapidated condition that they appear so doggy that any great force might have caused them to chip off.
9. The coffee packets in the kitchen were never refilled after each housekeeping.
10. The iron tap for the master bedroom toilet is so worn out that one had to use a great strength to lift the lever to turn on the tap.

Niceplace lots of room for a party.
Didn't enjoy the room smelt of cigarette smoke but otherwise was nice.
My only issue is I've Been charged twice for the stay.

Cleanliness can be better for example the floor matt in the bathroom - the color is yellow stain - Also when I called the receptionist, it took very looong time for them to answer.

The staff were very friendly and hard working
The bathrooms were smelly and not clean. The bathroom door did not close properly. The hot water did not work. The wardrobe doors were stuck and did not work. One of the air-conditioners did not work properly. All of the cupboards were dirty and smelt of mould. Several floor tiles were loose on the stairway. The kitchen was not well equipped with insufficient crockery and cutlery and very few utensils. There was insufficient outdoor furniture/seating. The outside of the building was covered in mould. When I complained and asked to cancel my booking I was told there would be no refund.

Bed is comfty. It was close to everything. Restaurants are all around. Spa too. Staff are very friendly and accomodating. We stayed at villa 20.
The pool has no steps to go in the water. It would be nice if they have a buffet breakfast to have plenty of choices of food. Pillows are bit firm for me. Sofa should have a cushions. We stayed for 5 nights and order the same breakfast every day because there are no other choice it's ala carte.
