La atención del personal. La ubicación no es mala, pero la calle es un poco sórdida

Me hizo falta algún enchufe junto a la cama.

Lage ist sehr gut, zu Fuß 5 Min. zur Metro, Geschäfte und Restaurants "um die Ecke". Zentrum zu Fuß ca. 10-15 min. Gare Midi mit dem Taxi 10 min. Straße, in der das Hotel liegt, ist nicht besonders einladend und relativ schwach nachts frequentiert (d. h. als Frau alleine würde ich hier nicht unbedingt übernachten - außer man fährt immer Taxi). Frühstück war total in Ordnung für 12 Euro (Kaffee etc., Eier, Rührei, Speck, Würstchen, Gemüse, Käse, Wurst, Croissants, Semmeln, Toast, süße Plunder, Joghurt, Obst, Müsli, Oliven, Marmelade/Honig, Saft). Richtig toll war, dass in der Lobby eine Gratis-Kaffeemaschine stand sowie ein Wasserspender, an dem man die Trinkflaschen auffüllen konnte. Zimmer sind sehr klein, Bett sehr bequem, Dusche gut, WC extrem niedrig. Kleiner Kühlschrank vorhanden. Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend (das Wasser in unserer Dusche lief schlecht ab, wurde sofort behoben). Gang war ein bisschen heruntergekommen; aber das ist ja nicht so wichtig ... Würde vermutlich nochmal dort übernachten. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis passt auf jeden Fall.

Colazione perfetta molto abbondante ottima scelta con materiale di qualità in ampi spazi luminosi. Ottimo il materasso. Staff gentile e presente Zona silenziosa ma un po' fuori dal centro(15min a piedi) ma in prossimità della metro.

Pulizia della stanza non impeccabile. Stanze piccole(mancava lo spazio per semplici bagagli a mano). Bagno piccolo. L'area intorno all'edificio non particolarmente pulita.

The hotel staff were exceptional. Very friendly and so helpful. Rooms were clean and quiet, perfect for our trip. Lobby with the free coffee was a nice touch. Good location close to shopping and Palace.

The alleyway to the hotel, but the hotel can't be blamed for that.

The hotel is well located if you need to visit the Commission's office. The enviroment is informal and the crew is very kind and supportive. The room has everything you need.

Nothing really bad

For me this is a great location needing to be near several EU places. Is a very pleasant hotel and very reasonable rates.

I assume it is a staff problem but there is no-one to clear the tables at breakfast so nearly all the tables (at 08.30) had already been used.

under construction the gym is non existent basically the room has a flat screen tv Verti ally to the bed !

Close to the city center. Good breakfast.

Basic hotel with breakfast and amenities, about a 15 minute walk to the city center (Palace, Grand Place, etc.). The rooms are comfortable enough.

The street it’s located on is a bit sketchy and dirty. It’s not a major issue in the daytime, but be careful at night.

Central location

1) room was not so clean 2) we rang the hotel one day before asking if we can bring our dog without additional price and the staff answered yes, but when we arrived with our dog they charged us 3) very old installations and small rooms, far different from the pictures 4) located in a strange street 5) gym small with a few equipments

Very good breakfast.

The wc in the bathroom is too small for adults. The emergency stairs, which we used because elevator was temporarily broken, is very dangerous, there is a step just out the door and we risked to fall down. There was no rug in the toilet for the shower.

It was the worst experience I've ever had. I arrived at hotel at 13:20 (40min before the check-in) and was told that everything is ok with my booking, but the room is not ready yet. I left my bags in the storage room and left the hotel. Before leaving I checked the operation hours of the reception, and they confirmed, that it operates 24/7 and it is ok to receive the keys late in the evening. After a long day I arrived at hotel at 1 am at night and was happy to now, that there are no rooms available and I have to go to another hotel which is located in 10 min walk. At night.... Ok. I went to this hotel, called Argus Hotel. I was assured, that this hotel is of the same level and there is nothing to worry about. However, when I checked the prices, I discovered, that the night is this hotel costs 40 EUR cheaper than in Aqua Hotel. Argus Hotel turned - out to be a nightmare with torn dirty linens , MOLD on the wall and very - very old furniture and bathroom equipment. There was no heating and even soap was missing!!! They refused to compensate the price difference and provide me with any alternatives or at least to apologize for the inconvenience (at 2 am at night). NEVER book this hotel, if you don't want to be fooled.

Good side was the bathroom, which looked nice (although it's door couldn't be closed).

The room was tiny and positioned in a "hole". The "view" from the window was towards windows of other rooms which are only few meters apart. Also, there was no hanger for coats/jackets in the room corridor.
