It was easy to find and convenient to go to Heidi-related places from the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. I liked the arts and decorations in the hotel and the mountain views. The whole hotel was clean. The breakfast was great.

There was no tissue paper. It appeared to me that there was no shampoo or conditioner. Later a staff member told me the soap is for body and hair. It was hard to pump it out and use it for hair. I couldn't tell what time the bar opens and closes. The bath tub had only a small piece of glass and the water splashed easily on the bathroom floor.

Breakfast was very good quality and variety. Staff was exceptional friendly and supportive at the breakfast, the bistro and also at the reception.

I looked everywhere but did not see Heidi nor Peter.

Excellent breakfast .lovely beer garden. safe parking for motorcycle .Nice restaurant with lovely food Would highly recommend

The location is not exactly great

Not very modern, has not been renovated and it is not very nice anymore. Restaurant has very little choice.
