Swimming pool / slide and games room were perfect for our kids. They loved the place. Room was good size, big enough for a family if 4. Staff helpful and nice Close to sail rock beach which is the best of the three main beaches in Kenting and more peaceful away from night market yet has regular shuttle to get to it.

It’s quite old and dated. We knew this coming in so did not mind but some might. Was a bit disappointed with the cleaning of the room. We moved our beds together and found loads of dirt under our beds. Left over clothes and slippers. The obvious dirt on the floor didn’t get cleaned when the room was made up

Breakfast is a variety but not very tasty. However, not much other facilities.

The hotel room was comfortable and clean. We had a nice view of the hotel and ocean. We had stayed at an inn close to the night market and then stayed at Fullon so the kids could enjoy the children's pool with the slides. There isn't much nearby. There is a free shuttle to the night market area so just follow the schedule and where you get dropped off is where you get picked up. It's around a 5 minute drive but if we had walked to the night market, it would have taken around 40 minutes. You head down to b1 level to reach the outdoor swimming pool and a play area: air hockey plus some other arcade games and a small children's library area.

The breakfast buffet is okay.

1. Great breakfast, great view to whole Kenting seashore and mountain, and not so far to night market(2km). 2. Nice frontdesk people and lobby sevice people.

1. Room facility is old and have some moldy smell. 2. Soundproof is bad, can hear voices from other room and the loudly from the corridor.

I think the quality of the dinner can have some improvement.

There were quite a few resort activities for kids including an outdoor water park, very clean pool, a large jacuzzi area and bowling as well as crafts and ball pit for younger kids. The rooms with sea views had amazing views overlooking Sail Rock. The staff were all very kind and helpful. Also, they offer a shuttle to Kenting’s Main Street during the dinner hours which was helpful.

The standard rooms were quite dated and noisy. In fact, we switched rooms but it still suffered from a different set of noise issues related to the hvac. However, the staff was helpful in trying to address the issues but not much could be done with how the building was constructed.
