La habitación muy ruidosa; no tuve Wifi dentro del cuarto en ningún momento ( habitación 200). Pedí que me lo solucionaran reiteradas veces, pero no lo solucionaron

The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful. It was amazing to have the pool and bar service.

Due to the humidity there was a bad smell. We got some candles to help. But we recommend the hotel really takes a look at it.

We absolutely loved our stay here. We only had 4 nights for a well earned relax and the hotel did not disappoint. Location, staff, food, room - everything was superb.

The cleanliness of the hotel as well as the location

I think the hotel was targeted at a certain demographic which was not stated in any of the reviews I read or on the website. Had I known this, I definitely would not have chosen this hotel to stay at. The photos of the pool were deceiving as it was a lot smaller than it looked and whilst the hotel was on the water, it was rocky and hard to swim at and the furniture was basic. The hotel staff were pleasant enough and were accommodating when I requested to change rooms. The rooms were small however clean enough.

The staff.

This is not a four star property. The carpets are stained everywhere. There are areas of disturbing mould, rising damp in the corridors. The hotel is not being maintained to four star level. Having advised the hotel we would be a late arrival there was no room as specified available and we were placed in a dreadful room overnight with no apology or reimbursement of the money we had paid for a deluxe sea view room. There are very few sea view rooms like the images portrayed on Booking.com website. Rooms overlooking the pool with limited sea view are subject to loud music all day long and through the evening. The hotel is not described accurately and Booking.com should be reported under the Trade Descriptions Act. We expect Booking.com to address all these issues given the terrible experience.

Perfect location, few minutes walk from the harbour. Hotel pool bar right next to the sea. Loads of bars and restaurants. Helpful staff. Visited twice this year.

The location was fantastic, hotel had everything you needed and was very clean & modern. The staff were always friendly and helpful, great value for money.

Loved it all, we have rebooked for next year already!

The location is a dream: idyllic and quiet on the edge of Santa Eulalia directly on the beautiful sea and yet only a few minutes walk to restaurants and co. Small renovated hotel. Our room with sea view had a great view - the sound of the sea included. If you are looking for relaxation and tranquillity instead of all-day partying, this is the place for you. The guests are mostly British and the average age was rather high - we found both very pleasant. Everyone was very friendly and kind. Also the extremely friendly service, in the restaurant, cleaning and especially at the reception (big thanks for being so helpful with all questions and requests). Big Plus: glutenfree Options at breakfast and a glutenfree only Toaster - great!!!

The only thing I would like to see is the possibility to have breakfast in an outside area. Anyway the breakfast buffet was fresh and good (nothing special, but good selection - i assume mostly selected for British people).

Breakfast was amazing! Our room was modern, clean and spacious. Loved the pool area and outdoor spaces in the hotel. The walk into town was really lovely, and took only 5/10 mins to reach restaurants and shops. Lovely hotel, would definitely recommend.

No complaints, really liked this hotel and would definitely stay again.

First time visit! Amazing deluxe sea view double room. Fabulous views! Room 305 - perfect and waking up to hear and see the beautiful sea was fantastic! The room was so modern and the bed was extremely comfortable! Perfectly clean - it looked brand new!! Reception staff and pool bar guys so friendly and lovely! Couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast was delicious! I would highly recommend.

The location for a beach gateway is great, the Santa Eulalia center is also very close by. The room is well equipped and if you have one with a view even better. The bed was very comfy, and the staff were helpful. The breakfast buffet is adequate. The hotel has a restraints which is quite good as well.

The room had a weird smell coming out of the bathroom, ans the staff weren't able to help, cause the hotel was closing and it seemed to be not that important. Other than that great.
