great location & very clean

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel breakfast was nice with plenty of choices. The location was great.

1. At first, they gave me a room right next to the pool terrace. I got whole bunch of people sunbathing outside of my balcony, which was extremely awkward. The room was also too close to the lobby, so I could hear people singing karaoke till late night. Thankfully, the hotel manager agreed to let me switch to another room the day after. 2. The wifi was very poor in both the public area and in the room.

Staff were so helpful and cheerful. Food varied and good quality Rooms spacious, exceptionally clean. Nice and quiet n peaceful. Would recommend

Pool area and it's a package holiday venue not a great place for a family. Our rooms over-looked the pool and we couldn't open the curtains unless we wanted the whole pool looking into our room!! It was too close.Do NOT stay on 1st floor.

Our flight was delayed and we didn't get there until after 3am. Just staying one night, my 2 female friends were with me as the taxi driver had not been able to locate the accommodation they were staying in, so they asked if the hotel had a room they could stay in until morning. The night receptionist (male) wasn't particularly helpful, and said it would cost them £180 to stay, and wouldn't budge on price (he could have offered them a lower price without breakfast, considering it was after 3am and they were 2 females alone in an unknown town/country!). Thought the staff member showed no compassion to my friends' plight. We also asked if we could have a triple room, but that was also a no-go. My friends ended up having to make alternative arrangements and going somewhere else at that time in the morning. Wasn't sure what the procedure was at breakfast - did we sit anywhere? no one meeting and greeting, having to ask if I could have a coffee at the table, etc seemed to be short-staffed and not particularly friendly Room was basic

The breakfast was good and the location is good. The cleaners promptly made up the room if the sign was changed (though I did have hair on the loo on arrival).

It is very expensive for what is effectively a 2/3 star hotel (I have had whole suites in the past for the cost of my single room in this hotel). Though in their defence Ibiza in August is very expensive across the board. The internet access is paid for (remember they rate this as a 4 star hotel). It also doesn't work a lot of the time. My main complaint is that the lifts are old rickety and noisy. If you have a room backing onto a lift shaft (at least 2 rooms on each floor) and you are a light sleeper, don't plan on getting much sleep.

What a superb location! Everything at your fingertips!! Marina 2 minutes walk, beautiful promenade walk with copious amounts of restaurants, cafes and bars! Superb hotel food and very clean. If I could criticise at all it would be that they could put some tiny pads on the bottom of the furniture as the moving of the beds etc when the maids clean grates through the hotel. Tiny change which could make the difference to your afternoon Siesta!!! Fabulous hotel and staff - will 100% visit again!

everything was amazing it was clean. breakfast was unreal. location was perfect. quiet good sleep

not enough sunbeds around the pool. we stayed for 3 days and every day when we got to the pool all the sunbeds were taken. it was disappointing as there’s no where else to sit and some people weren’t even using them they had just reserved them with towels.

ALL the guys on the front desk were EXCEPTIONALLY helpful. The waitresses and chefs also friendly and lovely . I couldn't get wifi in my room. Huge choice of food.

I wrote to say I left a sarong on the patio but it wasn't found ? My room wasn't cleaned until late afternoon, even though I had placed a ticket on the door requesting room service during the morning . I paid nearly 300 euros for a two night stay but I don't think I had value for money.

Pool is too small

Perfect location for the beach and shops. Staff were very helpful and the food was a high standard with a very good hot buffet breakfast. Tea and coffee in room which is a bonus in spanish hotels.

Pool was a bit small and guests were allowed to put towels on beds at 9 a.m. to reserve for the day.
