식사의 질도 양호하고 호텔 룸도 청결함. 가성비 좋음. 수영장의 규모도 커서 제대로 즐길 수 있음.

위치가 시내에서 약간 외곽인 점을 제외하면 다 좋음.

Restaurant closes early

I was touched inappropriately throughout a massage at the hotel spa. Blatant. Deliberate. So upsetting. Hard to enjoy your stay after that.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was beyond expectation. The hotel is totally renovated and looks so beautiful and modern.

It was all good overall. The only downside is that there is no pick up from airport after 10pm. However it is quite understandable that the staff also need to rest at night.

Wyndham Qindao really exceeded my expectation. First of all, the hotel is beautiful and comfortable. I was greeted with a warm welcome at the front desk and the hospitality is superb. The facilities are all exceptionally clean and satisfying. From several conversations with the staff, they have ensured their excellence in living up to its five-star reputation and in my opinion, it is well earned! The service, is really top-notch and thoughtful, from the welcome cookie, pillow menu in the room, before-bed snack, free sauna voucher (huge sauna!), to other services around the clock, were absolutely spot on and enjoyable. They Room Service Department even left a warm message, wishing me a great day (and it was indeed!). The breakfast was grand and inexpensive. At the end, they even helped me call a taxi to the trains station at a fair price. All in all, it was a marvelous time staying at Wyndham Qindao. I would highly recommend it to my friends and everyone I know. It is suitable for both business and leisure. (I am from Taiwan.)

With all those satisfying points that I've mentioned, I can only think of one thing is the location. It is closer to norther Qiandao, which is a little far from the condensed tourist spots. It is very ideal for business though. And if you like to stay away from the hustle and bustle like me, it is definitely worth the trip. I had some good chats with the taxi drivers from the daily trips downwards to visit the Beer Museum, the beaches etc.

The hotel itself is very comfortable and the service is very good, the room is big and clean, the design is not my favorite, but I think it will satisfy a lot of people, in general, it was a good place to rest.

The hotel's perfect if you have to stay next to the airport but is very far from downtown (more than 50 min driving ) where all the nice places are.

The price-performance ratio is good. The rooms are relatively clean.

In the breakfast room it was very loud and uncomfortable. The cleanliness and hygiene at the buffet also left a lot to be desired. There is hardly any storage space in the rooms.

Location was close to the airport and shuttle service was provided. the room itself was spacious and the bathroom also had a nice setting with the bathtub right at the window

Stay away from this hotel. This hotel damaged the brand image of Wyndham as the stay did not match with an expected 5*experience. At check-in no information on arrangements previously exchanged with the hotel was available. I was not checked my health app, so the staff had to come up to my room and interrupt my dinner. The Spa/Sauna use is limited to only once per overnight stay. Also is posted as 24h, but that is not the case, men's sauna was off already at 11pm. after complaining I was shown some max 54 degrees facilities in a public area. After complaining the director for marketing and sales promised next day sauna would be at 80 degrees. No compensation whatsoever, just got our vouchers back to come back the next day. To my surprise sauna was at 54 degrees next morning and when I complained again the front desk manager wanted to educate me about how bad the sauna over 60 degrees is for me. The pool ceiling is dirty and full of stains, the windows in my room not sound proof and I was awake early due to the construction work opposite the hotel. Staff does not speak English (only at the front desk). Worst 5*star experience ever and the handling by the management is a complete disappointment.
