Breakfast quality

- near the beer festival - comfortable beds - friendly staff

- 4 people serving 1 customer at desk so took a long time to talk to anyone - no room service after 10pm (despite the menu saying 24 hours) - leak in the ceiling of our room - swim caps required for outdoor pool - selective enforcement of rules (pool opens at 10am, some people have to wear swim caps, must sign in for pool use) - housekeeping walked in without knocking then left without closing the door - food was ok - pool was closed off around perimeter by plant baskets, only access from stairs. Stairs were blocked from all the kids - kids playing with water guns in the large pool (no rule enforcement)

Outdoor pool opens from 12pm to 5pm only. The bedroom was a bit moldy

Great hotel with good, not great, buffet breakfast. The dinner buffet was a much better meal in every way. The room was amazing - spacious, comfortable, and worthy of a 5 star rating. The staff were outstanding in every way.

The breakfast buffet was a letdown, especially when compared to the dinner buffet and comparing it to other breakfast buffets at high end hotels in Qingdao. The air conditioner was a bit of a challenge and our room was warm overnight, but then it suddenly started working in the early morning hours. The outdoor pool is closed, even though it clearly states on this site that it is open. This was out biggest disappointment.

On entering the hotel, I was met with oppulence beyond expectation. Check in was quick and the room was a pleasant surprise. The food was excellent and the service amazing, although there was quite a wait for food from alacarte menu. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in.

The queue for breakfast was long but the hotel were very accommodating and allowed some people to go up to the executive lounge.

Service was great since we stepped into the hotel, food was good whether it was room service or buffet. The staff was very friendly every day, gardens are beautiful to walk through and there is a private gate that puts you very close to Golden Beach.

The hotel is in an excellent location. The staff were very friendly. Health safety in terms of Covid 19 were excellent. There was hand sanitizers everywhere. The breakfast and the Dinner buffet was excellent. There were a variety of dishes that catered to non-meat eaters. Room service was very prompt. The pool and sauna areas were clean.
