Location and view from the sea room was amazing

Internet didn't work until the last day. But that was a minor detail

This unit was absolutely incredible. Far exceeded our expectations. The view as just spectacular from our private terrace above our room. I won't say too much. Just recommend to the next person to have no hesitations on renting this unit. I don't want to spoil how wonderful this place is and let you experience it first hand for yourself for the first time!

Wifi was pretty bad... but who cares. We had a sim card. The wonderful positives of this unit far outweighs anything negative.

Everything was great!! Best location, amazing views of sunset on the upstairs shared terrace. Quiet, clean, comfortable upstairs bed, downstairs kitchenette and comfy sofa, plenty of storage space, cute semi private terrace with peekaboo views of sea. Inside stairs are quite steep and need to be navigated carefully. Stepping out onto outside semiprivate terrace over top of inside stairs is tricky. Host was very nice and provided helpful directional video to property. Recommend packing light as walk is 3-5 minutes straight up multiple stairways.

This property has a wonderful sea view and is a great value. The shared roof veranda was wonderful. The sea breezes were amazing.

The room was small ( but we were aware when we booked.). Wi-Fi went out on day 3 (of 4) but then hard to reach the owners to report this. The hike up to it was challenging……but we dealt it was worth it!

The room was lovely with beautiful views of the Sea and multiple windows which provided a beautiful breeze in the day. There was more than one patio we could use for even more spectacular views of the sea, town, and surrounding hillsides. The kettle and fridge made it feel like home. The AC was great in the warm evenings. The location was great and near to everything in town including amazing restaurants and the train station. The sound of the ocean was all we heard.

I loved everything. If you can't handle stairs, choose a different town.

The location is the best part. Right in the heart of Vernazza, it is a short walk to everything and the view from the room and terrace is incredible. make sure you are OK climbing a lot of stairs to get there though. Some good perks are the mini fridge in the room, and the clothes line. We always had a spare water in the fridge so that we had cold water and were able to rinse off our clothes/towels that got salty and dry them every day. Overall we were happy with our stay.

The room has a very unusual floor plan that causes the area where the bed is to not receive much of the AC. This causes it to be very hot during the summer even with the AC on full blast or the window open. Also our electric kettle was extremely dirty so we ended up just getting coffee in town. None of this is a deal killer, but worth noting.

The view from the rooftop balcony is absolutely incredible - I included a photo! The owner is very helpful with explaining how to get there (as the streets are very confusing). The location is good but up a lot of stairs so just be mindful of that (very common in Vernazza). There is AC which was a huge plus!

The room is very small and there is very limited security (doors/windows barely lock, and no safe in the room).

We had a great stay. We were prepared for the size of the room and the amount of stairs, as well as the fact that there would be no one present at check in, so cannot count these as negatives. The view from the terrace was amazing and was the reason why we booked here. It did not disappoint.

AC was on a timer to come on at 4:00pm Extremely hot when we arrived and we couldn't override it. Communication by phone was difficult because of the language barrier. Better by what's app to use use google translate

property was clean and well maintained, facilities include air con, small balcony and terrace. also access was allowed on the top terrace for taking photographs.

many stairs to get to the property, but in vernazza you’ve got to climb stairs to get pretty much everywhere. of stairs are not for your consider staying somewhere else than vernazza.
