Stuff is nice. It is clean.

Bed is very uncomfortable, as are the pillows. Room was tiny and very hot. There are no facilities in the room. It is shared with other rooms. No where to find water. The tap water is too hot to drink.

It would nicer if there could be a curtain against the window because of the daylight, so we could sleep longer.

The room is had was situated on a busy street so it was impossible to sleep with open window. The charged my twice! Once by Booking.com and once on my credit card. So a negative review because of this.

Good car parking. Free wifi. Standard of cleanliness. Electric shutter on window facing out onto road traffic. Well maintained decor, fixtures and fittings in room. Access to nearby eateries.

No English spoken by staff. Tepid welcome on arrival. Hard surfaces throughout the building. Ceramic tiles, laminate flooring, glass doors echoed even the slightest noise from the reception area throughout the hotel and into my bedroom. Glass door between reception and guest bedrooms was continually and intentionally left ajar, allowing noise to resonate into communal stairwells, corridors and bedrooms. No consideration given by hotel staff to guests who need peace and quiet to work during daytime hours. At times the noise was unbearable. Hotel guests do not need to hear the telephone from the reception desk every time it rings. Five nights in this hotel was an ordeal.
