Short walk from bus stop, so access to public transport was good.
Excellent sleeping hotel, but nothing more than that.
The room was too hot, there was a fan, problem was the cord was too short, so I didn't use it.
Building felt old, and you could hear the outside too much. Especially with ongoing construction work in front.

Reception people was very supportive, Hotel was clean and quite.
Very near to Bus station and supermarket is very near also.
Place was very far from Frankfurt City.

Clean and nicely decorated room, clean and new bathroom, great bed! I slept well and it was quiet during the night. Great value for money at €45 for the night.
No complaints, at arival there where no towels in the bathroom but without asking they were brought to me about half an hour after my arrival.

Staff was nice and polite, the rooms were clean though very simple. The beds were comfortable.
The shower didn't work, the worker came to fix it and took an hour and then couldn't do it so we had to change the rooms. It is not necessarily their fault and we did get free breakfast as an apology :)
The thing that bothered us the most was one of the guests/friend/family of hotel stuff that started creepily befriending us even though we met each other a second ago. He came to our room!!! and started to ask for phone numbers even though he was older and we were openly not interested. We are sorry that this happened because it isn't the hotels fault but it did affect our experience. If the hotel knows this person(he was indian like the staff) it should warn him that that is unecceptable. We would recommend this hotel but not to younger girls traveling alone.

THE LOCATION WAS GREAT SINCE IT WAS ONLY 5 MINUTES WALK TO THE BIER GARTEN, AND BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD.
THE ORIGINAL ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN AND THE BED WAS NOT MADE. WE CHECKED IN AFTER 17;00. SO WHY WAS THE ROOM NOT READY NO ONE KNOWS. SO THE HOTEL GAVE US A ROOM UNDER THE ROOF WITH TWO SMALL SINGLE BEDS AND IT WAS VERY HOT IN THIS ROOM AT NIGHT. WE OPEN THE BATHROOM WINDOW BUT THE FIRE ESCAPE LADDER CAME RIGHT TO THE WINDOW, SO ANYONE COULD CLIMB UP IN.

staff were friendly, it was very cheap and clean too. the fan was good too.
i wish the rooms had a little fridge, we had some food and drinks with us that went foul bc of the hot weather.

For me it was important to get a cheap place to stay. I really didn't have any expectations coming in but when I got there I had everything I really needed so that was a pleasant surprise. It was also very smooth to check-in. Definitely a recommendation for anyone on a tight budget.
As I mentioned earlier I was really happy with the place itself. The only negative thing I can really comment on is the location. Rossdorf isn't really a big city or anything like that so if u want to go do something it would most likely be in a different place. Transportation isn't that big of an issue but it's still something u have to account for.

Wrong confirmation of type of room, only 3 beds for 5 guests even it was confirmed in advance the right age of children.
