الموقع ممتاز وقريب من المطاعم وتوجد به فعاليات جميلة للكبار والصغاروالنظافة جيدة والاستقبال تعاملهم جيد.

الغرف صغيرة ولاتوجد غلاية ولايوجد شطاف وطلبنا منهم توفير طاولة في البلكونة لوجود كراسي بدون طاولة ولكنهم وعدونا في اليوم الأول ولم يوفوا بوعدهم ثم كررنا الطلب في اليوم الثاني وأخرجوا الطاولة المستخدمة في الغرفة ووضعوها في البلكونة ستجدون الصورة مرفقة !! بالنسبة للإفطار لمن يحجز حجز شامل الإفطار لايوجد إفطار في نفس الفندق يوجهونك للإفطار في فندق بجانبه تعاملهم سئ جداً والإفطار غير متنوع وأغلبه بيض !

Cosy hotel in quiet area. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room not very spacious, but big enough for one person. Free parking. For breakfast you have to go to neighboring hotel, ca. 200 m - might be a problem for disabled person.

Hotel would benefit from some refreshment, especially shower cabin.

With staff so friendly and warm, this hotel is perfect place not only for visiting Sarajevo as a city, but also it's remarkable surrounding nature as well. Old style hotel with splendid view from balcony and very nice and comfortable room gives you a villa feeling. Too far to walk to the city center, but there's a simple tram connection.

Staff at the check in desk is exceptional and super professional. The gentleman working at the front counter is as good is not better than any staff at a 5 star resort. If you are looking for a comfortable place to stay that is a good value this would be it. Don’t expect super luxury but it’s nice and quiet and not too far from anything.

Restaurant next door at Hotel Austria could use some up keep and basic cleanliness. You can see it on the salt and pepper shakers. It does not help that everyone smokes so it becomes super smelly if it’s busy. But it is Easter Europe and it’s like that pretty much anywhere you go. That being said food was not too bad.
