The stay at this hotel was very pleasant. Extremely helpful staff. The coordination and team work of the staff at the front desk to the kitchen was amazing and admirable. Great view from the rooftop restaurant. Good food and exceptional service. We enjoyed the lake view dinners. The breakfast is good though the options are limited, and is available only after 8 am.  They would however pack you sandwiches if you need to leave earlier. The room in general and the bathroom were spacious and clean. Stayed in a triple deluxe room with family. The hotel follows environment friendly rules such as fixed timings for hot water for showers but is made available outside of timings on request. All the major attractions in Udaipur are very near. City palace, Gangaur Ghat, Bagore ki Haveli, Jagdish temple,  are at a walkable distance. HathiPole market is also very near. Staff arranges for autos/taxis. Taxis come to a nearest point either at Jagdish temple or Chand Pole, the rest of the distance can be covered by autos (hardly 100-150 m away) or by walk.

The hotel was in a great location. The room was great and bed was comfortable. All the staff were lovely and helpful especially the staff up in the restaurant. They made our stay really special. Would definitely recommend.

Great location in the old part of town with a fantastic unrestricted view of the lake. The hotel is an old renovated haveli and is full of character, and is also comfortable and spotless - our favourite place in India so far!

Nothing not to like

The location of hotel is very prime, every tourist spot is within 2 km from this place hence very easy to get there. Roof top restaurant is very nice with beautiful lake view

Very good hotel. Great staff and great location. Would use again and recommend it to other travelers.

The view of the top of the hotel is one of the best you’ll find in the city and shows exactly what you came for. The rooftop is also bigger than on the pictures and hosts a very good restaurant with especially great staff!

it is an old building and therefore the room we’ve stayed in had a old wooden smell every time we’ve entered. it also had no windows which is on the other hand, understandable. The bathroom becomes completely wet when you shower.
