The location and staff were fantastic. All of the staff we met were very helpful, friendly and well trained.

The hotel bedroom was very dated, tired, and had carpet which was smelly. Very drab decor.

Cleanliness was not good……bar opened too late. Staff was nice, rooms were not clean or updated.

NOT too good breakfast & Poor amenities at room & bathroom … it was difficult to sleep with a soft bed.

The location is quite central to the various sightseeing areas and the best for shopping. If your Spanish isn't great, the staff do speak English. The interiors are a little dated however is functional as it has been maintained well. WiFi is strong and fast and there is an elevator. They also have a laundry room.

Breakfast was good. We don't eat alot in the morning so we ate what was available and was no too fussy. The view at the breakfast area was good. We enjoy our meal.

Wish there were more selection of fruits.

Great location with easy access to sites in the area. Being next to the very clean and modern mall a plus with many eating options and shops
