Fabulous location and a lovely family-run hotel. The views are to die for, especially at night time. Everything is in just a few minutes walk. Nice food and variety of drinks. Plenty to choose from the breakfast buffet, even for a very fussy 10 yo 😄

Probably some renovation should be done but everything is working properly and it's clean.

The hotel has a good location. The front garden is very nice and it has a beautiful view to the sea. The place is quiet and relaxing. We had only the breakfast and it was fine.
Our main complain is related to the room. Maybe we were unlucky, but the room requires major refurbishment if it is categorized as one of 3 stars hotel. The quality of the room is poor. The carpet was dirty. Our stay was for three nights, we arrived on Monday and we left on Thursday. During this time nobody came to clean the room. I do not want to complain because overall we had a nice vacation, but the room was disappointing (this is a pity, because from outside the hotel looks really nice).

Breakfast was very nice...and a good choice...Lovely pool with sunbeds and great views of the sea....The bedrooms are spacious...a little dated but kept very clean..This is a small family type hotel and offers a friendly service with lots of repeat business. It is located on the sea promenade so provides lovely areas to walk around...Nearby is a large natural park located at the far end of Ravda on the sea front.
I did not like the robot cleaning the pool as it was uncomfortable for swimming with the wires but this was probably as it was early season and not the normal..

Amazing place LOVED the staff! Super homely feeling where you were treated with genuine friendliness not like a paying customer, breakfast 🤣, very crappy not good at all..., But who cares! The place was nice! The view was INCREDIBLE, the location superb, parking just under the hotel! Amazing!
WiFi... Totally crap.., does not work at all, the room.., could be A LOT cleaner, the plug sockets are hanging off the wall in what is frankly a fire in waiting..., The breakfast 🤣...,don't eat it you'll get food poisoning:), but other then that..., Honestly it's a superb hotel! It genuinely is !

The hotel is a bit worn out, and the rooms are very simple. There is not elevator access to all rooms.
The prices are too high compared with the value.

The breakfast was nice, not very reach but neither poor, the building is located near city center, you can easily walk until the street with all the restaurants. The room was big enough but the second bad wasn't comfortable at all but the main bed was large enough for us (2 adults and one 9 yo kid) to sleep comfortable.
The beach near by was full of algae, dirty and smelly, we were unable to stay there and the nearest clean beach was fully packed with people. The good news is that the pool in the complex was great, so we bath in the pool and not in the sea.

The location was perfect. Pool and a lovely garden up-front. The view from the room was really lovely. Very good breakfast.
The carpet in the room had muddy footprints on it, which were there prior to us arriving. The shower head was broken. There were no staff at reception for the most part.

This place is simply amaising! The view from our room was breathtaking, rooms were nice and clean, bed was big and comfy. The staff is very friendly & the food was very tasty. We will definitely come back again!

I like the place, I like that they have no music and keep it quiet. I like the location. I like the flowers and how the garden is being maintained. The staff is friendly, helpful and the same year after year and this makes me feel that they are also doing a great job as an employer.
Breakfast is the same year after year. I would like pancakes, coffee (filter machine) option also not the horrible coffee machine they have now.

Everything is really old, theres no shower space, the pool was a bit dirty. The location is far from the center and main restaurants area.

The location is perfect, 4 different beach is in 5 minutes walk. Super breakfast was included in the price. View is unforgettable. Clean.
