Hotel maravilhoso, super bem localizado, limpeza excelente, staff super receptivo e atenciosos. Era nosso aniversário de casamento e fizeram uma decoração linda no quarto. Recomendo muito!

Café da manhã é a la carte e só pode escolher uma opção. Os pratos são deliciosos mas é uma pena só poder escolher um, no mínimo deveria ser 2 por pessoa (um salgado e um doce)

Struttura fantastica affacciata sul mare, camere con ogni comfort e letto comodissimo. Piscina a ridosso della spiaggia perfetta per godersi una buona colazione o un buon cocktail aspettando il tramonto

The location, pool, and the beachfront.

The staff is really bad - specifically the ones working on serving the breakfast and the lady at reception. The rooms also has some insects so watch out.

It’s a beautiful place, the hotel is very nice.

There was a live music in the evenning,since the all island is just in 2 km line, everywhere is in walking distance, staff are amazing, There is delicious salad bar at dinner and You should try seafood, very cheap, You may swim in front of the hotel, comfy and clean room,

The location is amazing and the staff are wonderful. Every interaction we had with them left us smiling. We actually extended our stay while there because we were enjoying the whole atmosphere of the place. The food is incredible (I recommend the breakfast burrito and the salt and pepper squid) and if your staying at the property you get discounts on food and drinks. All day happy hour on two for one cocktails and the main pool is in a perfect location for people watching.

An extra bedside table and bedside lamps for reading would be a good idea to add the room.

Todo en su justa medida por lo que pagamos. La habitacion comoda y en general todas las instalaciones. Estaba frente a la playa y los desayunos también muy buenos

Todo bien. Nada que decir como algo negativo. Tuvimos un pequeño detalle con el agua del wc pero lo solucionaron muy rapido

Todo perfecto! Limpísimo, piscinas estupendas, jardin precioso. Hay dos piscinas una para los huéspedes y otra tipo "beachclub" con bar dentro de la piscina. Si te gusta estar al lado del meollo, este es tu hotel

Very near to the port short walking distance to hotel

Dinned at the hotel nearly when finished I noticed the candle they have on the table the wax was melting and it had gone all in the front left for my new dress 😫 after speak to the head waiter about this he just said sorry 😤 no solution to the problem. Thank full I went to reception were they were very nice ask me if I could change and bring the dress over they sent it to the cleaners and thankfully it got sorted. The attitude of the restaurant stuff was not good

The rooms were great and very comfortable. Food at the hotel was lovely, especially the breakfast. Staff were all very nice and accommodating.

As previous reviews say, it can be very noisy at night but this is a given as it is in the busy part of the island and next to busy bars. It didn’t affect our stay and we would return knowing this.

I completely loved this place! Location is great, close to port and restaurants. The front pool would allow you to relax while checking on the people going and back. Back pool was a relaxing oasis. All the staff was friendly and kindy. The reception/ therapist lady even helped to remove a splint from my feet. Pillows are really high profile and I cannot sleep ob it, but they provided me with lower profile pillows upon request. We also had a small issue with aircon on the second room we stayed and - again - they quickly worked and sorted it out. Thank you for the amazing stay!

Pillows are really high high profile, but you can ask for lower profile if needed. Nothing else to say, the place is great, wish I could stay there longer!

Beautiful clean hotel right on beachfront of Gili T. Delicious tasty food in the restaurant. Beanbags in the pool area were the best, such a good spot to relax!

There are no real drawbacks to the property, it is close to the port where you get off of the boat so you don’t have to worry about using a horse and carriage. Can find everything you need extremely close but it’s a small island and anywhere on the front has this quality. The rooms were lovely and the staff were nice. Breakfast was also lovely so I would suggest option for the breakfast included option.

My only issue is not with the hotel but with the island. The horse and carriages are beyond cruel. Anyone who has a heart just shouldn’t go, these horses can be seen frothing from the mouth, are visibly underweight and malnourished and frightened of the owners. It’s clear they aren’t given enough water throughout the day and then the owners have the audacity to slap these horses when they play up after being underfed. Honestly ruined the entire trip to Gili T for me. This is just an FYI as I was not aware before I went and I wouldn’t have spent the money to go there if I would have known.

Good location and facilities

The toliet was blocked, we informed reception twice and for our whole stay the apartment smelt like sewage. We was never offered to change rooms. The bathroom had mould everywhere and it was not clean. I would not return or recommend to anyone.

Nice place overall.

The hamburguer at the restaurant was awful.
