The beds were comfortable. Perfect for 3 adults as it had two bathrooms and two toilets. The location ideal.

the location was super, it was beautifully appointed and presented with great quality basic toiletries. As a single who regularly travels with a friend, it was so wonderful to find a property that provided equally good sleeping options, and a bathroom each. The beds are unbelievably comfortable and I even enjoyed a dip in the claw-foot pool (bath).

Well appointed holiday house in the centre of the town. Great to use as a base to explore of stay in doors with the fire place on and relax all weekend.

wifi would be helpful. i didn’t have phone reception in town so wifi would have helpful for communication and planning walks.

We loved our stay at Luxury on Loch! The whole stay was luxurious from the stand alone bath, to the beautiful linens and homewares. A truly romantic stay. The location was perfect for exploring all that Beechworth has to offer. The bubbles and chocolates on arrival were a real treat too!

Everything about this property was wonderful. Only negative - there was no WIFI and the only other thing - and its just a suggestion, could you provide basic cooking items. e.g. Some spray olive oil perhaps. Even a few items for breakfast would have been nice, some eggs, some bread and butter.

The location is great, the beds are extremely comfortable, it’s well laid out for two couples with a bedroom and bathroom upstairs and downstairs, the kitchen is small but there is a Weber bbq outside that we used a few times.

There is no wifi. we were able to hotspot from our phones and we knew there was no wifi at the time of booking so no issues, but proving wifi is the ONLY thing that would improve the property.

No Wifi. Massive inconvenience as there is also very poor phone reception.

The property was Gold Class A1 double story accommodation. Top end luxury, beds both King Size and extremely comfortable. The house is well appointed with so many special exceptions, bath robes, chocolates and champagne on arrival with a meat and cheese platter to greet us. Walking distance to all attractions. Absolutely recommend this accommodation. Emma was great to deal with and we would definitely stay again.
