Staff are very friendly and the place are very clean and tidy.

There is nothing that I disliked about the place.

- convenient location near airport - easy parking - comfortable room with private bathroom - friendly and courteous manager

- location quite far from main attractions in Lisbon - dirty floor mat and tub in private bathroom

5 mins from the airport, for one night perfect

Staff was really friendly and helpful, there was an espresso machine in the room and the place is really close to both a supermarket and a metro station.

they couldn't provide a cot even though we booked 3 months before. They let me know when I was on my way to the hotel from the UK. Terrible nights sleep as it turns out my 2 year old can't sleep in a bed yet without falling out or waking up and walking round

Nice patio and beautiful garden! Clean and comfortable bathroom on the 1st floor, comfortable mattress in the room.

This is an oasis in the city. Absolutely gorgeous property with large private gardens with several different seating options outside in the shade. Room is large and open with a lovely armoire for hanging clothes, a coat rack, lovely little cafe table with two chairs, and extensive TV options. Bathroom is a little small, but clean and bright. The glassed-in shower is in the bedroom which might be odd for some people. Thiago was very attentive. Explained everything to me. He went out of his way the day I left to help me get a taxi. My visit inadvertently coincided with World Youth Day - the Pope and literally one million pilgrims. Thiago had reserved a taxi to the airport, but it didn't show up. When I called, the company said they had no reservation and no taxis in the neighborhood because of World Youth Day. I buzzed the house. Thiago came out and called the taxi company. A taxi showed up in five minutes. The property is on a quiet residential street, but a few blocks from restaurants and bars, as well as a main Metro station and city bus stop. Shopping malls are within walking distance. It's literally 10 minutes from Humberto Delgado airport, but I never heard or saw planes overhead. Word to the wise - arrive at the very least two hours early for an international flight. Getting through passport control (after security and bag check) can take up to 45 minutes. The lines are enormously long if you didn't begin your trip in Portugal. If you try to jump the line, security sends you back to the end. Many people missed their flights. Mine was held for 7 minutes for me. I literally ran for five minutes from passport control to my gate. Don't let that ruin staying in the most exceptional lodging in Lisbon.

Unfortunetly, bunk bed creaked heavily with each move. We were not sleeping much.

The apartment is so clean and comfortable. It has very beautiful and cal garden. We are very pleased to stay here.

My boyfriend and I were arriving quite late to Lisbon and leaving the next day, so we booked this guesthouse because it was close to the airport. Before making the booking I had called to check if late check in was an option. I was told yes. After booking I double checked through message, again confirmed. On the day of our arrival just before our flight we phoned to let them know that we are coming as discussed but the man on the phone was incredibly rude to us and said we cannot stay there because we arrive too late (00:00, as initially discussed). He kept interrupting us, speaking loudly and also refused to give us a refund despite him cancelling our stay. He kept saying that he has proof of them not agreeing with our check in time. His attitude was very unprofessional and the way he treated us over the phone was no way to treat a client/person Eventually after being on the phone for long he had changed his mind when he realised we have evidence of them preciously confirming our late arrival. He apologised briefly after realising his misteke. For that they get an extra star. What was mind blowing is that the self check in was VERY EASY so the fact that he was refusing was simply rude and mean. All in all , it is normal to make mistakes but the way we were treated over the phone and the fact he wanted to cancel our booking 3 hours before check in was disappointing.

clean room and close location to the airport

I’m not sure what I expected but obviously didn’t read the fine print regarding the shared bathrooms. normally this comes up immediately with the room title. The bed was comfortable and the location near the airport for an early flight was why we booked but there was a strange vibe- a bit uncomfortable. Cameras everywhere and a grim feel to the place.

Close to airport. Plenty of space. Towels were provided.

Few amenities. No coffee pot or pot for heating water. No cups. Beds were uncomfortable. The rug near/under the bed should have been thrown away. It was a shag rug that was matted. The bathroom was not thoroughly clean.

the location was the only good thing but it has no banners or any sign saying it is called mahouse.

I did not expect to expose my family to a shared bathroom and facilities with little privacy and cameras everywhere indoor.

It was near to the Expo area and it is easy to find, has a good bakery near by and a large shopping center.

When I booked it was not clear that the bathroom would be shared, and it was difficult with 2 children. The towels could could have softener perfum, they could have smelled better.

Beautiful bungalow with your own private terrace! Super cute family that hosts, all smiles!
