Everything was fantastic. The location is quiet and great for day trips, the owners are extremely friendly, the rooms are large and very nicely furnished. The breakfast is great and the owner makes eggs for each guest individually on request. We really couldn't ask for more. A wonderful experience!

No elevators if you have a lot of luggage, but the stairs were quick and not a hassle to carry stuff!

Wonderful room, delicious breakfast, nice couple, they even drove us to the park. We could also use the outdoor pool from the close by hotel and there is a good restaurant 100 meters away.

New modern accommodation. Just a few minutes drive from National Park entrance . Modern quality restaurant just at end of the street for breakfast or dinner. Good value Would stay here again. Big balcony Breakfast is available but we didn't order it. Quiet location High end fittings

The spatious room was shiny and new and had all the comfort you look for with an incredible bathroom and comfortable bed. Hosts were very friendly and nice. We enjoyed the breakfast, definitely worth the extra cost (approx 12eur). Parking on location. Warmly recommend!

We felt this property was a great choice after visiting the Plitvice Lakes during the day. It was modern and clean and just a 10 minute drive from Entrance #1. There is a restaurant just a short walk down the hill that was convenient. Our stay here was very pleasant. Note: There are two buildings side-by-side that look very similar. Although they have the names on the front, we went to the wrong one (on the right) and couldn't open the lockbox with the code provided. We contacted the property and they responded immediately and we felt silly that we had gone to the wrong property.

Brand new, beautiful, parking, 6km to Entrance 1. Fabulous breakfast!!!! Perfect host. Walk to 2 restaurants - we preferred the Cafe.

Very new, spotlessly clean room within a 10-minute drive of Plitvice Lakes National Park. Modern furnishings. Private balcony with outdoor seating. Hosts were helpful and accommodating. Reasonable selection for breakfast. Self check-in was easy.

This is a relatively new property featuring 6 accommodations. Generously sized rooms and brilliantly located for accessing the Plitvice Lakes National Park. The breakfast buffet is fantastic with fresh fruit and local meats and cheeses offered. Cooked breakfast is also request. Everything that you could possibly want and super friendly and helpful owner.

New apartment with a beautiful interior and a delightful terrace. The hosts are very friendly people, the only thing I regret is that we only stayed for one night.

The location is perfect to visit the Plitvice Lakes, it’s just a few minutes away with car. The accomodation is also near a big supermarket (2 min. with car) and two restaurants on walking distance. We had dinner two times at Plum. Make sure to make a reservation, you can just walk by at the same day to make a reservation for the evening. We had drinks and desserts on the terrace at Degenija. The B&B is very nice: the rooms are big, clean and have everything you need for a perfect stay. The owners are very kind and friendly.

We stayed here for two nights whilst visiting the Plitvice lakes and was one of our best stays whilst in Croatia. It is well based for a visit to the lakes being a ten minute drive from entrance 1. We had good communication from the owner prior to arriving with information on how to access the apartment, and facilities we could use at the nearby hotel Degenija. The apartment has good parking and following the given instructions we accessed our room very quickly via a key-box. The room was clean, airy and spacious, with a lovely balcony to sit out on and toiletries provided. Whilst the apartment has no cooking facilities, it does have a small fridge. As we had an early start on the day we visited Plitvice we did not pay extra for breakfast, but made ourselves up a picnic with goods bought at the nearby supermarket (2 minute drive away, or walking distance). However, it would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities. I contacted the owner via booking.com and asked if it would be possible to have a kettle. He replied immediately and agreed to leave one for us by the reception area. Staying at this apartment means you are also able to access facilities at the hotel Degenija just next door. The hotel has a lovely pool which you can use for seven Euro's per person. I also e-mailed the hotel before arriving to make a dinner reservation. They replied saying that they could not book us into the restaurant Degenija, that they only reserve tables at this restaurant for hotel guests. However, they also have another restaurant called the Plum Bistro which they were able to reserve a table for our first night. We enjoyed a delicious meal there with very friendly and efficient staff. Once we had finished our meal we asked if we could finish our bottle of wine by the pool area, which they were happy for us to do so. This is a great place to stay whilst visiting this area which I would most definitely recommend.

Maybe leave tea/coffee making facilities in the room for guests. Minor issue though that was resolved very quickly when we stayed. Hard to find anything else to fault.

All was perfect.The location is very quiet , modern (it was built only 3 years ago) , the owners are very kind. The rooms very wide and comfortable. The breakfast accurate.Perfect to visit the lakes that are closed to the structure (only 4 km from entrance 1). Easy to take the rooms with a code that you received in advance.
