料金的に難しいとは思いましたが、眺望の良い部屋でしたらもっとよかったです（高層階ですが、目の前がビルでした）

La estadía nos resultó excelente, y muy cómodo. El tamaño de la habitación, la cama, el baño, el diseño y la decoración. Todo a gusto. El personal muy amable y cordial soluciono todos nuestros inquietudes. El café de la mañana un plus.

Location is good and employees try their best to help you enjoy your stay. Modern (but tiny) room.

Probably the tiniest hotel room I have ever seen! No place to store your luggage and one can barely turn around without hitting something. Soundproofing was also not good enough as we could hear people talking in the hallway and also from the room next to us. Another negative point are the elevators. There are only two elevators and you have to wait ages until one arrives. Breakfast room is very minimalist and the available breakfast offering is fine if you are on a business trip but not for tourists visiting the city.

I was not expecting such a nice stay for the price! The staff was outstanding and the cleaniless terrific. We plan to come back the next time we are in NYc.

Location was perfect, a close to lots of points of interest. Perfect base for a weeks stay. Stay were great. Shower was brilliant. Room on floor 24 was quiet, away from traffic noise.

Room was slightly smaller than I had expected but was fine for sleeping, showering and getting dressed.

Lovely new hitel in great location .room as described but had storage under the bed which was great .All staff were very helpful and friendly

We liked everything! Great midtown location, the most friendly and helpful staff we've found, coffee and bagles were available most of the day, comfortable bed and clean bathroom, they made it feel like home.

If pressed, the room could have had more lights.

Hotel location, excellent room view. Modern and clean. Nice bath and body products. Comfortable bed. Nespresso maker.

Room slightly compact. Ok for one person, but it would have been tight for two people. Room felt a little humid even though AC worked well.

Everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming I extended my stay and management upgraded my room with the most amazing view of New York Victor was fantastic with our upgrade and has the best restaurant and eating out tips Rui was very helpful with our upgrade The location is very good and close to Grand Central Station You feel safe walking around at night The rooms are quiet

Clean boutique hotel, had a relaxed vibe and the room was very spacious. Location is spot on for getting away from the business of Times Square plus the hotels around that area look a bit run down and cluttered. This hotel was near all the locations and a gem was Bryant Park in the evenings, a 5 min walk. Our room was cleaned every day and the staff were very friendly and hospitable. I would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting NY. This was our first visit to the city and we felt safe staying at this end of the city. We were upgraded to a superior room on arrival which was a lovely bonus after a long flight. Each member of staff was friendly including the cleaning staff. The bagels, croissants in the morning and big Starbucks 24/7 free coffee and tea machine was a welcomed treat

After trying several hotels in NY city this was the best so far. Extremely comfortable bed and room, clean and very important for me: silence. I could actually sleep in Manhattan. The complementary simple breakfast is good quality (croissants, bagels, coffee, tea) Staff is very nice and attentive. The toiletries are also high quality.

Minor aspect: there is no desk in the room, but downstairs there are plenty of confortable places to sit and work from.

The staff was amazing. Super willing to help, always with a smile. Very pleasant people! The room was very nice, comfortable beds, good shower, excellent for a business trip. The location is perfect, right in the heart of midtown, walking distance from Madison Square Garden and other places of interest.

The all-you-can-eat-bagel-for-breakfast is good, but the breakfast itself was lacking. No vegan alternatives (milk nor spreads) but you can't always get what you want.

The room was a Tyne little box I couldn’t even open my luggage in the room because no space, the price was very expensive , also they charge extra $100 in my card with no explanation. So be careful when you give your card for hotels . I pay for 1 night and and 9 hours because I arrived at 5 am $538,00 so No I don’t recommend this hotel it was a ripoff for this little box .

The room was so nice! Incredibly clean and beautiful! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The location was ideal.
