L’emplacement est très bon et facile d’accès voiture, métro et bus; l’environnement de haute qualité architecturale est agréable; l’hôtel est en bon état général ; service du personnel dans le restaurant très efficace et rapide;

La désagréable impression que les visiteurs de l’extérieur étaient mieux traités que les clients de l’hôtel… notamment dans le restaurant où les clients en sont à réserver une table pour leur petit déjeuner; dans les chambres l’attention n’est portée qu’aux détails « payants » (une bouteille d’eau à 12 dollars ) , mais pas de chausse-pied, ni d’adaptateur de prise électrique, seul un wi fi minimum est compris, , cherchez un sac de linge sale, savon bas de gamme, etc…

The room size is great! The bathtub needs some work. The carpet is starting to buckle in the room / the staff are very kind and helpful!

Breakfast was good/location was important/visit for medical purposes at nearby hospital. Discount given, which was helpful.

I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The staff was wonderfully attentive and thoughtful, the rooms were clean and efficient, and the bed was so comfortable (I spelt great)! Great location, too! Very comfortable, great shower, especially coming in after a late fun night. Very relaxing and private.

The hotel's location was also a major plus, as it was conveniently located within walking distance of several popular attractions and restaurants.

The room was equally impressive, with a comfortable king-size bed, high-quality linens, and plenty of space to move around. The bathroom was spotless, with fluffy towels and premium toiletries that added an extra touch of luxury.

Very close to Broadway less than a mile. Close to Madison Avenue for high end shopping. Felt very safe. Located on Park Ave. Happy hour daily. Room service and concierge. Snacks in the room and a mini bar. The bellman were great especially Isaac. All of the staff is helpful. Concierge assisted in booking a ticket for 911 Memorial and printed it for me.
