location and cleanliness

access to key was a joke. having to get a taxi or a 15 minute walk to collect key when there was a reception in the building. as we had a early morning return flight we had to get a taxi at 4 a.m to take the key back to the collection point. wouldn’t stop there again if the key issues were still in place. it was very stressful and took the shine off our holiday

I want a reward because I spent 3 hours waiting for information on how to get the keys, it was cold, I had a scheduled meeting and I missed it. and when I received the information after having called many times it was not in the same place I had to take a taxi to get the keys terrible.

Key need walk so long distance from apartment , and morning take back before fly.

Great location, clean and comfortable. The swimming pool was great for the little 1s.

When we arrived from the airport early evening, we then had to walk another 20 mins to collect the keys from a totally different location. I had 2 small children with a big suitcase. Not good in the freezing cold and dark.

Big apartment, separate bedroom, big tv on livingroom, nice kitchen. Nice swimming pool on the basement. Nice hallways with marmor floors etc..

Keys had to pick up from 2 km away from the actual apartment, address was hard to find. Keys should return also for 2 km away office. Did not get much help from the office lady, did not speak english. Apartment was dirty, only trash, bedsheets, tables were cleaned, floors, sofa were dirty. Check-out time 8am-10am... Cleaning lady comes to the apartment without knocking.. No one in personnel does not speak english.

For this amount of money You expect more.

No free parking booking for pool for 2 days in advance (3 day stay) many “broken” peaces in rooms literally putted in basket by previous people.

Very spacious, clean, with a great view. Located in a great place that is close to many sights.

Had to check in and out about a kilometer away and I couldn’t check in until 1500. Fairly inconvenient.

Could not use the pool and also getting the keys was a nightmare plus had to park the car far away and that’s by luck finding a space
