We enjoyed our stay at the Ibis. I fully recommend this hotel which is in a great location for Saumur and also for taking the train. Our room was spacious, clean, bright, well ventilated and silent. Perfect for a great nights' sleep. We also enjoyed a lovely healty breakfast. The staff were friendly and heloful.

Well thats a tough one however if there was a gluten free section with toast it would be lovely.

Staff all v pleasant. Room was large with an additional dressing area, which was great. Big shower and plenty of instant hot water. Breakfast good. Happy to pay for parking as there was secure parking for both the car and my husband's bike.

We had a good night sleep, comfortable bed, restaurant nearby the hotel and we found a parking.

The room and bathroom were huge and very clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great. The hotel had a good location in front of the train station and a short ride by taxi to Fontevraud Abbey. The staff was very friendly, always ready to help.

Bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was good. Hotel parking was secure and very convenient. We liked the size and comfort of the bed.

Being near the train station brought with it the usual roughness. And it was a little walk from the centre. But overall it was good, especially with the secure parking.

Reception very courteous and efficent, room very clean and a particular bonus was secure parking. All in all we were very happy with this hotel and would certainly choose to stay there again. The staff were delightful and made our stay very pleasant.

The staff were so friendly and everyone appeared happy. It felt like a family owned business. Breakfast was superb.

Parking has to be paid for 9euro which was not explained when the booking was made.

Location was some distance from centre of town. Should not need to pay for wifi connection.

modern and clean throughout. has secure parking for an additional cost - book ahead! really lovely room, comfy bed (pillows could do with a change) en-suite good quality too. breakfast was buffet style, plenty to fill you up. About a 5-10 min walk to the main area straight across the bridge.

pillows need a change, they’d lost shape and clumps inside. otherwise nothing!

The breakfast was very nice with a well-stocked buffet and the staff were very helpful. On arrival, Anthony at Reception was particularly friendly and welcoming.

We had no complaints about our stay.

Modern and fairly simple, but clever design meant there was everything you needed. Good sound proofing too, so quiet despite the location.

Friendly, welcoming staff - excellent rooms with good air conditioning and comfortable beds. Lovely breakfast!

It's a 10 minute walk into the town centre across a couple of bridges - no problem really, but could be for some.

The staff was very helpful, even helped to get our luggage to our rooms without us even asking for it. They offered to make dinner reservations if necessary and during breakfast time they asked if everything was okay. I didn't expect so good service, it was amazing. room was nice and clean. Don't have any bad word for this stay. Thank you.
