rooms on the small side and beds not great

Downstairs is beautiful with two big open fires, lovely staff and great food/drinks. Is was very cosy and had a great feel to it.

When we arrived to our room it was quite humid inside. The bed was no made and while making it I found the sheets to be damp and a few hairs in the bed also. There was an armchair in the room that was covered in stains which resulted in us not staying and moving to another hotel. The staff were very apologetic and easy to deal with though.

Location of the hotel is great. The amenities in the bathroom were of nice quality, the room was clean, well insulated and well furnished. Complimentary tea and coffee were nice too.

The bed was way too soft for us, unfortunately :(

Very trendy and stylish hotel, located a stones throw from Shoreditch and London Liverpool St. Breakfast in the restaurant was delicious! Rooms were well furnished, quiet and private.

We did borrow the iron and ironing board which then stayed in our room for the duration of our stay, even after room service

Beautiful hotel in a great location, the stuff was so helpful and nice. the atmosphere in the hotel was amazing , it was great sitting by the fireplace with some coffee and hanging in the bar. great experience.

This is the second time in our last two trips to London that we’ve stayed at The Hoxton Shoreditch. The hotel has a great vibe and is within close walking distance to great bars, restaurants and public transport.
