Early Morning Flights from location. Owners entering property without permission, after having to fix a broken handle on the front door

A really comfortable stay at Fillers Hill, the beds are really comfortable with lovely linen and the hot tub was a great added bonus.

It was a little noisy early in the morning as it is a working farm but otherwise the location was really lovely. The host was very attentive, responding immediately to a question we had.

Nice location, it’s in the middle of the countryside. Facilities were good, easy to find. We stayed in the granary and it was a really good size. Nice kitchen,huge table, comfortable living area, big bed. Didn’t get to use the hot tub as it was way too hot outside but it was huge!

Just a few little niggles.Unfortunately the lighting in the en suite were very very dark. Had to go across the barn to use the other bathroom. There was only a couple of pans that worked on the hob and they didn’t have any lids so cooking wasn’t as easy as we’d hoped. Guests in other accommodation were very noisy one night way past 11pm.

There were a lot of fly’s and it could have been a little cleaner.

We was very disappointed with Fullers cottages this was our first hoilday this year ( long weekend) costing over £650 so definitely not cheap.... What can I say not only was it dirty ( the floor was filthy) & cobwebs everywhere, dirty walls, dead flys on the window sills & the bed was broken so we had to sleep on the sofa..but on the Sunday we had no hot water to shower or wash up . The hot tub was filthy with bits in it . Fullers cottages is on a main road to an Aerodrome so constant traffic driving past some were at speed.( definitely not Safe for children or dogs) and constant planes taking off its so noisy that we left a day earlier.. We contacted owners on return to express our concerns to be told tuff !! Don't waste your money it would be cheaper & quieter to stay in a hotel at Gatwick Airport...

The location was perfect for visiting family. We had a great time.

The property was Amazing... so modern well equipped.... very well cleaned and great attention to detail beautifully designed very airy and light... and had all the finishing touches you could imagine... and certainly a bonus with a hot tub... loved every single moment about staying... the only downside was having to leave... can’t wait to visit again very soon... and my furry Pomeranian can’t wait to either very dog friendly and thank you for her lovely gift package on arrival and for the bubbly.... for my birthday... also thank you for letting us change our dates due to the national lockdown 😀

The location was good. However, first of all when I first booked the cottage on booking.com the check out time was 11am. An hour later I received an email stating that their advert is incorrect and the checkout time is 10am. However when we got to the location the Google maps took us somewhere else. So we contacted the number on the email. The lady said I do not know how to explain and you shouldn't call me. However, a local resident noticed that we were lost and directed us (PS. people are amazing there). Went to the cottage and the entrance of the cottage was from a backyard. No lights, broken wooden chairs. Anyway, we put all our stuff in and noticed that they have given us the wrong cottage. We did not book the cottage with the less able access and the pictures looked different. We then ordered takeaway and noticed we were not able to drive out as the fob for the main gate was not working. So we got the restaurant to deliver. The next morning when we saw the kettle it was disgusting, the microwave had staines and the cups had staines. Not a covid friendly cottage. We did not even touch the hot tub. I called the guy (Mark) who was on site and explained to him exactly what I have explained above. He looked at me in a strange way and minute later responded "well that is not good is it". "Someone is going to loose their job". No sense of customer service at all!
