Die Freundlichkeit des Personals, die Lage des Hotels so nahe an der Straßenbahn.
Das Zimmer erscheint sehr "ungepflegt", wenngleich es sauber ist.
Der Geruch im Zimmer war nicht auszuhalten, ein chemischer Geruch. Mit offener Balkontür schlafen war nicht möglich wegen der strak befahren Straße.
Den Balkon als solches zu bezeichnen und zu bewerben ist unverschämt, denn er ist sehr verschmutzt, unmöbliert und zeigt auf die Hauptstraße.
Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach, das Besteck erinnert an eine Jugendherberge vor 40 Jahren.

Gutes, umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet mit gutem Kaffee und guter Teeauswahl. Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig eingerichtet und hatte einen Balkon. Die Lage des Hotels war ebenfalls gut mit sehr guter ÖPNV-Anbindung, die uns zügig in die Innenstadt brachte. Hervorzuheben sind auch die kostenlosen Parkplätze praktisch direkt am Hotel.
Nachts war es teilweise sehr laut aufgrund von Polizei- und Rettungswagen im Einsatz, so dass die Balkontür geschlossen werden musste.

The cover of the bedding looked also discoloured.
Wrongly set my magnetic card and I was closed out after the first day which was fixed fast, just annoyance...

Good value for location. Room had a balcony. Breakfast was nice with good options. Tram stops to main station and city centre are just outside the hotel and it was easy getting around town from hotel. Parking was free and hotel is easy to reach by car. Great way to experience the city without driving in centre.
Room was on the smaller side but enough space to move around. Shower stall a bit tight for taller people but it works.

We only spent one night and found it to be perfectly ok for this. There was parking right in the front of the hotel, good connection to the city and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was also good!
- The shower was terrible and felt like there was not water coming out.
- We were called 20min before checkout time to be “remembered” to leave. We would have been out in 5 min. I’m not sure if this might be common in the region, but I never had this before and it felt really rude.

Absolutely amazing hotel and such lovely, friendly and right-minded people at the reception, one of the best hotels I ever stayed in. Highly recommandable!

Location was not super central but good price for money.

The breakfast was nice and had a good amount of options. The location of the hotel allows one to easily reach the city center with a bike or tram. Free parking directly in front of the hotel made it easy to come by car.
The rooms are relatively small and the bathroom could be a little cleaner especially the ventilation. The full ashtray on the balcony could have been emptied but maybe I am a little picky as a non-smoker.
