Staff are really exceptional and very attentive. Location is perfect, close proximity to everything..

didn’t have buffet breakfast and choice of food on menu was limited. Electricity went off a lot in the evening.

The rooms where nice and clean, also had a room with balcony, very convenient for a smoker

The shower was hard to put in the right temperature

The staff in the reception was very well mannered and obliging.ķ

At that price they cannot provide any thing better.

Overall good value for money.

Although rooms were very small without any view, all amenities were available in the room as advertised. Beds were comfortable.

They need to improve on the overall cleanliness including rooms, bathrooms, lobby etc. Iron stand needs improvement.

Location is good, near shopping malls Staff were polite

The place is full of ants even on the bed sheets, the last time there was a big cockroach on the bed... very disgusting ... Alot of noise from adjacent rooms and street, rooms are not sound proof... The smell of the elevator and corridor was awful... No hot water on the tap until you call the receptionist to fix that...
