quality of everything in the room is poor. toilet sometimes reeks . the bath Pipes are all loose and poorly maintained. I think this is some sort of sports hospital as I saw a board saying surgery in progress in the main building. wouldn’t recommend the overall quality of the room.

Almost all equipment and furniture doesn't work/ old/broken/torn. The price( about 90 USD/night )is insane for such level of comfort

We spent 2 weeks in Armenia and we stayed at the Cross Resort for the last 2 days of our trip. We wanted to escape the city and relax before a long trip back to Australia. This hotel definitely allowed us to do so. Above anything else, we loved the hotel staff: welcoming, thoughtful and extremely accommodating. Our toddler had the best time playing at the hotel playground and by the children’s pools; the hotel staff was absolutely adorable with all the kids which made our stay very enjoyable. We loved the evening meals in the garden by the pools, the luscious alleyways and blooming rose bushes all around the pool area. The atmosphere of the whole place was relaxed and chill, exactly what we were looking for. And do talk to the hotel manager who is extremely nice and is a great company; it should help you understand and hopefully appreciate the place as you learn about the backstory.

The whole complex is still under development and a bit run down in some parts. Be sure to double check the room you book as some are recently renovated and are in excellent condition while others are older (still very clean and spacious). Be prepared for some contrasts: cozy lounge bar and very nice swimming pools vs some undeveloped patches of land with dry soil. We still loved our stay and will be back to follow the improvements if we come again to Armenia.

Friendly staff, always happy and willing to help our with any questions and requests. We were able to do an early check-in, which was much appreciated after a tiring flight.

Pool, play areas for kids and fruit trees. The place is vibrant with live music.

No lift in the apartment block but manager was kind to help us to get our luggage to 3rd floor.

Nice gardens with apricot trees! Good value for good money! Recommended! staff ready to help you!!
