Otel o kadar pisti ki. klozet kapağı sararmıştı. Hiç silinmemiş olduğu belli. Silinse beyaz olur. Bazanın derileri dökülmüş, lavabo duvarları dökülmüş. Camlar vs pis. Yatakta 2 ayrı tek kişilik yorgan vardı biri inceydi biri kalın. Otel ısınmadı bir türlü ince olanla üşüdük. Neden 2 çeşit yorgan var anlamadım. En kötüsü tuvaletti açıkçası o kadar pis geldi ki. Yani silinse o klozet temizlenir. Pis olduğundan dolayı yıkanmak istemedik. Dışarıdan ses geliyor içeride klima yok. Yazın kalmaya hiç uygun değil. Biz kışın gittik ama burada kalacağıma tren garında sabahlarım daha iyi. Asla parasına değmiyor. Aynı paraya stuttgartta bir otelde kaldık ve tertemizdi. Olunca oluyor yani. Asla ama asla tavsiye etmiyorum. Kesinlikle kalmayın. Parama yazık oldu.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral mit Parkhaus.
Schön, wenn man die S-Bahn schnell erreicht, allerdings hört man sie auch die ganze Nacht.

All was neat and clean. Location in the city center was perfect.
It was a hot day so the rooms were very hot too. We missed air conditioning.

We were very tired after a trip of 1700 km and arrived at the hotel at 10 am and received the key to our room. Kettle and tea in the room were very helpful. The positive impression of the hotel formed a positive impression of the visit to Karlsruhe. The hotel is located in the city center near the Palace. There is a tram stop nearby, from where you can get to different parts of the city. Simple, clean and cosy. Friendly staff. Next time I will stay in this hotel.
There was no roof top pool with mineral water and no complimentary coffee in bed in the morning. And the rest is very good. Thank you for the good welcome and early check-in.

Service is excellent, very clean, breakfast is super correct. We were very satisfied and highly recomend this hotel to everyone who appreciate high quality at a modest price.

the property is not same as picture. arrived Sunday night at 8 pm- lobby was locked up, lights off. I was confused where I needed to self check in as instructions were for inside lobby. there was a small self help lobby- but the door was frosted and lights off- did not realize that is where I needed to check in. very frustrating after a long day of traveling. doors were left unlocked leading from the street and anyone could walk into the first floor hallway where my room was. doors propped open with fire Extinguishers. Only saw one employee entire stay- in the breakfast room.

i wanted a kingsize bed but they put two singular bed together, there was no toothpaste or water to drink

Bed was good, late check-in via machine is a life-saver when you are in need of a room at midnight.
Carpet in room was dirty, whole room smelled like sewer / stagnant water. No AC, just a fan in room.

Room size and location. Close to plenty of nightime dining and activities and close to the main station.
Bedsheets a little dirty from previous. Not that it was unclean, but old sheets.

The room only had basic cleaning. Lots of dust under bed, baseboards and floor was not cleaned well.
The corridor had dirty carpets and there was construction going on in different rooms, which ware open and gave a feeling of living in a construction space.

Good Location, easy walk into inner city and good commute as well with trams right outside and store just underneath.
Didn't get any information from check in, couldn't find reception or get a hold of any personal in any other way. Dirty room in corners and blood stains on curtains didn't feel fresh.

The rooms are ok for one night, but that's it. It's no way near good value for your money. The location is nice however, so if you have no other option just go for it. I wouldn't come back though.
I don't mind having a self-service hotel and checking in with a machine. But there should be someone who is responsive to calls or emails when something doesn't work. I couldn't check in at first and my emails and calls were left unanswered. Finally someone else (from the COVID test center that was set up in the reception) could help me to contact somebody to help me...
The hallways are very sketchy in my opinion with broken doors etc and the room although fine, smelled like cigarettes...

The location is adjacent to the city center.
Rooms are being renovated, it looks like a construction site.
No security, everyone could walk in or out.
Noisy, next to tram lines. You can hear the trams passing by constantly.
