1- room view is gas station. 2-room is hot. 3- room is not clean. 4- room is dusty. 5- room is dark. 6- the extra bed is small and noisy.

It had everything i needed and more . Staff were super helpful with every need from finding places for me to taking my photos for me.

Christmas Dinner very good! Very nice area surrounding hotel.

The indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi not heated. No gowns in bathroom to go to pool. Towel in bathroom with holes.

+ Remarkable, non standard design. Hotel is in dark mood, and as I'm fun of unique styles, for me it was an advantage:) + Good smell inside of the hotel + Free big parking zone + Big, hot hammam + Good breakfast

- location of the hotel is "in the middle of nowhere" - Pool is shallow - SPA is limited to 1,5 hours per day - Some girls from reception should be more smiling and positive. - No kettle, tea and spa robe.

The hotel overall. Clean and comfy room. One of the best breakfast buffets we've had in a while.

There was an extra charge to access the indoor pool, which isn't that common in other hotels, and it wasn't obvious at the time of booking (though, that information was there...in the fineprint)

A very modern and interestingly decorated hotel. Interesting and specific external and internal architecture. Comfortable bed, spacious room and bathroom. Tasteful, modern shower cubicle. Parking next to the hotel. Very good selection of products on breakfast. Staff very polite.

Lighting in the room as well as in the common areas could be slightly increased. To me it was a bit too dark. This is of course my subjective opinion, but I mention it as information for consideration.
