Not much really. I cannot believe that people rated this hotel as amazing. At best a 1*.

Just about everything. When I got there I had to ask staff to put masks on. My room was very small. The balcony was very tiny with nowhere sit, besides what looked like children’s tables. It faced buildings about 4m away. The supposedly, fabulous terrace at the top, had nothing but a few tables and a terrible view. No restaurants or shops within walking distance. The shower had some sort of wooden, non slip thing on the floor which I slipped on and have, at least, bruised a rib or two. The breakfast was awful. Who serves a tomato and ham omelette with a whole tomato and and ham on the side with an egg pancake? This property should have a price of £10 a night.
