I liked this quiet location away from the noise of the city center. Staffs were friendly and they respond quickly to your needs. Especially Diana at the reception is a excellent staff. Apartment was big and we enjoyed the Tennis court as well. Night view from the hotel was very good.

apartment for the group of people is perfect. has 4 big rooms and many bathrooms which is very useful . breakfast was ok in the mornings

you can feel wind coming through the windows and there is no heaters in each room . location is a bit far from center and you need to do big loop if you go walking as you on the mountain

the lifts is very small for moving luggages from parking. The parking floor is unfinished. the swimming pool without the temperature control is of no use. wash rooms flush taps are leaking.

Very nice, spacious appartments, which are fully equipped - even some basic stuff in the kitchen (tea, suger, salt, pepper). The view over Yerevan is spectacular especially at night. The pool is very nice and service is fast and good. The staff has been great all around - from reception, to restaurant, to pool.

If you are prepared for or looking for a non-central location, this is perfect for you. At the moment, there is a construction site around/right next to the resort. The noise did however not bother me in the appartment and is limited to working hours. The lovely staff makes up for it with small treats or e.g. free breakfast.

The property is located at a quite location away from the city hustle bustle. It’s kind of a mountain top and you get a very good view of the city. We stayed in a 4 bedroom apartment which had 3 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and a large dinning table. Good for large groups wanting to stay together. We were 6 adults and 6 children. The kids had a blast staying together. The breakfast had a great spread and was sufficient enough. The staff is very helpful and will try to accommodate all requests possible.

The apartment has only 1 air conditioner which is in the living room. No fans in all the bedrooms hence you have to rely on the outside air for ventilation. It was very hot on 20th July and hence the outside air wasn’t enough for a comfortable stay. The hotel staff was kind enough to provide standing fans for 3 rooms but the people in 4th room couldn’t sleep whole night. They need to be more specific about these things in the information provided during booking. Since it is far away from the city, there is no grocery store near the hotel and lastly the swimming pool water is too cold, it needs to be temperature controlled.
