Nice hotel, friendly staff and great area

The rooms were spacious, well-decorated, and well-equipped with right amenities. The hotel general facilities (restaurants, bars, breakfast area, pools, lobby...) were very well furnished/decorated, and being run professionally. The hotel staff are all very welcoming and helpful. The executive lounge (which I could use just once) was a plus.

2 minor things which I'm not sure if they can be fixed: the AC in the rooms cannot be properly tuned to what you expect; the bread types at breakfast were very limited.

environment not good looking, room quality below expectations, everything very expensive compared to the offered quality. The room seaview actually was a view on ruined buildings and the sea is very far away.

The team was really professional, especially the restaurant and restaurant meeting rooms are operated flawlessly. We had a business meeting we had to organize, a staff member called Queen took care of us. She provided a detailed plan for the next days meeting and even helped us pick the menu for the main course. The service was top notch and the place is also super clean. We will definately be coming back to this hotel whenever we have a meeting in Shenzhen.

Very satisfying on checkin, catering & room

I stayed one night only but everything is up to my expectations.

The staff Aileen Lam helps us to checkin is polite, knowledgeable & cheerful. The hotel smells nice, clean & spacious. We love our room with good layout, clean & have all amenities we need. The choice of buffet breakfast is great but not excessive. Good coffee & have space between tables.

We stayed for one night but the experience is great. I did not find anything disliked

每次来蛇口都会选择这里，酒店的地理位置和景观得天独厚，酒店的员工非常热情友好。

泡浴可以除了浴盐，可以增加点薰衣草或者玫瑰精油，welcome wine 可以有白葡萄酒选择。

早餐不錯，中西兼併。陽台房間有椅子，看日落。以前在房間會客，需要添加椅子。這次林經理知道我的需求，推薦入住陽台房並提前為我放置泡茶茶具在房間。很貼心

早餐沒有三文魚。

Frühstück ist schon lange nicht mehr international. Wird mehr und mehr auf Chinesen zugeschnitten. Alle Laufbänder waren nicht in Ordnung. Das Band/Gurt setzte beim Laufen über.

Check-in staff, while could not communicate in English, tried their best to help with the check-in process. However, this may lead to further confusion as their terms are a direct translation from Chinese to English without much context. For example, upon checking in, they said the room was "dirty". And there was a confusion on the room type that we booked whether it came with the "balcony" or not. Suggest not to choose this hotel, if one is unable to speak in Mandarin, as the Hilton staff are generally unable to speak in English, although I would give them a solid B+ for effort.

Apparently there are two "wings", which to me are two separate buildings and quite a distance apart. We were not aware of this, and first arrived via taxi at the "wrong" wing. It was difficult to navigate to the "correct" wing with little signage and proper explanation on how to get here. The room we was assigned was not what we expected and not value for money for the location and price we were paying. We arrived for breakfast at 10am, but was told there were no available tables, and had to wait awhile. When we finally got in, a lot of the food was empty and not refilled. One of the coffee machine was not working. Juice was empty and not refilled. Even before the breakfast ended at 11am, we saw two hotel staff packing away food (I would presume its for their own consumption rather than taking this for guests).

Nice view. But there are two buildings and we booked in one building. Then it was offered to pay for the room in another building with good view. The hotel is ok. Not best.
