This unit was ideal for us! The bed slept great and the air worked well! It rained everyday so we spent a lot of time inside. TV's were easy to operate and all appliances were working. We would stay here again!

Property is in a great location on the 3rd floor with balcony looking out at the ocean. The space is a bit dated and could use some fixing up but overall was a good place.

Great location with a balcony view on the beach . If your looking for quite and ocean breeze with shopping and restaurants near . You got it all here . Condo had everything us (two) needed . Parking is tight but in all we would definitely come back. Thank you Michael for everything. Hector and Gail

We enjoyed our stay in this condo! Tastefully decorated and well stocked kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. View was amazing! The host was very quick to respond to my questions. Perfect set up for my elderly mother. Beach access was a breeze!

The apartment is supper cozy, very well set up and decorated. The beds were absolutely super comfortable. Linens were soft, plenty towels for shower, kitchen fully supplied with pots, pans and utensils.

The condo was exactly as advertised. The beach is beautiful and we could either walk down the beach or hang out on our balcony and relax from there. Clean comfortable and easy to find.

Very clean condo and wonderful views from the balcony! Basically, the beach is right outside the condo. Great communication with the owner. There is no assigned parking space for the unit, but we did not have a problem getting a space.

Older property but well kept. The nicest balcony ever! Gorgeous view. Saw dolphins every day! The only drawback, though quite manageable is there is just one bathroom....
We'll be back. Also very close to the shopping district with many restaurants and great shops.

The condo is very convenient and we love it because it is right on the beach. This isn't our first time staying here and we will be back. The furniture is a little tired and the water pressure could be a little stronger, but having a private balcony right on the beach and a kitchen so well equipped makes up the difference. It's also nice having an ice maker. We love this unit because it's very quiet and just perfect for the two of us, even though it would accomodate more than two. The king bed is very comfy too.

First trip with our new dog. She did very well and the property was well set up for this. View from balcony was EXCELLENT! The condo was very comfortable. Washer/dryer were older but worked fine. Very comfy bed. A little more water pressure would have been deluxe for the shower, but certainly workable. The unit owner was very helpful with pet info. Great trip!

This is our second time here. The view of the ocean from the balcony is fabulous! It’s close enough to the water so that you can easily hear the surf. We’re happy they allow dogs on the beach. We had a minor technical issue and Micheal was very responsive in helping us rectify the situation. The cleaning service does a very good job. We’ll be back.

This condo feels like home - plenty of linens, staples in the pantry, and all the kitchen equipment you could want. Michael was instantly responsive to a small problem, the sort that just happens at random. Hope to be back next year.

We love staying in this complex. It's on the beach and we love the private balconies. The location is convenient to downtown and restaurants. Have never stayed in this unit previously but hope to for all future visits. We visit twice a year.

Great location and ocean view, looks better in the pictures than actuality. The living room furniture needs to be replaced it is worn out and not comfortable. The fixture in the bathtub shower needs to be replaced difficult to turn on and off. Everything else was very good, it was clean, and no odors, bed was comfortable.

Awesome place. Nicely stocked. Great view. The tandem parking might be an issue when the place is full. We were there on a off week and did not have to share a parking spot.

Condo was nice and well stocked with most everything you need. Beach just a few steps away, balcony had a great view of ocean, good restaurants close by. We enjoyed our stay!

Our favorite place is Amelia island beach. This unit was well stocked and clean. The outside patio has high top table for eating as well as comfortable cushioned Adirondack chairs for relaxing while enjoying the spectacular ocean view. Highly recommend this place!!

The property itself is great (covered parking, direct access to the beach, elevators and luggage cart). This unit has incredible views of the beach and a huge balcony to enjoy coffee in the morning and a night cap in the evening. It is spacious, clean and comfortable. Location of the unit is excellent - a short walk to a few restaurants (one directly on the beach) and about a 40-50min walk to downtown. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

This was our first beach vacation as a family with our 1 1/2 year old. The location was perfect and being right on the beach was absolutely necessary having a little one. Each sunny day we spent our time looking for seashells and building sandcastles. On rainy mornings and afternoons, we’d head to the cute downtown. We were very impressed with Fernandina Beach and our rental had everything we needed to be comfortable. We’ll be back!

My husband and I enjoyed our trip over Spring Break. The condo was very clean and well stocked. It is right on the beach so the walk is short and the views are great. Would love to stay here again.

We had a great stay! The oceanfront view is amazing! I loved how easy it was to get onto the beach to walk. It was a short 5 minute drive to the historic district which is fun to walk around.
The kitchen is very well stocked. We like to cook- so that was appreciated!
The masterbed was comfortable and the ocean view from the room with the big windows was a treat!
We had a great visit and appreciate your property!

This is our second time staying at 305 and you can't beat the view and proximity to the town and amenities. The condo is well stocked with everything needed for cooking, plenty of linens, and great furnishings.

This condo was exactly how it's described. Beautiful views from bed. We walked downtown every morning (it took about 50 minutes). Loved staying here, we will book this again. I do wish they had beach equipment in the unit...no chairs/umbrellas.

This charming condo checked all the boxes! The view was amazing, the accommodations were so comfortable with everything you might need provided. It was very clean and had a charming decor. Check in and communication with the owner was very easy. I would return ASAP!! Elevator was a huge bonus!

This little condo is perfect for a week at the beach - right on the beach, just a quick elevator ride and a short walk to sitting right in front of the surf. The balcony is great early in the morning and all afternoon, too.
The condo is stocked with everything you could need - and plenty of extras. We really appreciated the generosity of the hosts and the trust they showed by keeping so many extra supplies on hand. We really felt welcomed and you will too. Their good spirit shines through.

We spent 3 days at Coral Sands. Top floor condo. Amazing view of ocean and beach. Everything we needed was there and close to the downtown shops/restaurants.

We have all had experiences where the property looks amazing on line, then not so much in person. This is NOT like that. It is a perfect location right on the beach and exactly how it's presented. My husband, my12 year old son, and I went to celebrate my birthday. The beach is beautiful, dog-friendly, big waves to play in and was not at all crowded when we went. It's a perfect location for a walk either way to eat or drink at the many bars and restaurants. The property itself was very clean and well-maintained. The downtown area, while a drive away, was super cute. We found a fish market and did most of our cooking in the condo. My only small wish would be that we were allowed to have a small grill on the patio (apparently against fire code, which can't be controlled) and the property's parking situation is less than ideal since most people don't follow the rule to pull forward since they may get blocked in. That leaves some people without a place to park. Overall, I would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Our family spent a week at the property and had a nice time. The condo was clean and the location is excellent. The parking situation is less than ideal but it turned out to be less of an issue than we anticipated.

Anniversary stay
We celebrated our anniversary at at this wonderful location. The beach access was fantastic. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Gorgeous views from the large 3rd floor balcony.
Already looking forward to a return visit next year.

Great Views for July 4th weekend.
From the start we asked for early check in, and they accommodated us. The place was easy to find, and beautiful. Throughly enjoyed the views. Only thing is parking. That’s no direct correlation to the host, it was just a little tricky. Look forward to renting this place again in the future.
