Absolutely loved our stay here! We spent several weeks in Costa Rica and this was definitely our fave spot. We had a small family room - compact but this doesn't matter as there is so much communal space to chill out in. The beds are comfortable, the whole place is spotless and the AC worked really well in our room. WiFi worked perfectly throughout our stay. The communal space is fab - we spent loads of time hanging out in the massive kitchen/dining space and around the pool outside. The kitchen has everything you need (including loads of basics provided like pasta, rice etc) and even when it was busy on weekends there was still plenty of space to sit/hang out (and in our case, home school the kids!). There are games, books and yoga mats provided. The bus station is a 2min walk away as are a couple of supermarkets and restaurants. The entrance to the national park is around a 5min walk and the beautiful black sand beach is around 15mins. Kim is so lovely and was really helpful throughout our stay. Perfect place to spend a week or so chilling out!

El lugar increíble. Kim es una persona muy amable que te da toda la información que necesites, es un ambiente que ya por si te relaja, cuenta con cocina está muy cerca al parque Nacíonal de Cahuita y playa, es Perfecto para relajarse

Habitación con aire acondicionado y baño privado en un lindo complejo con pileta en una ubicación céntrica en Cahuita (que es muy pequeño de cualquier manera) y con staff muy amigable. Todo muy bien

Nous avons passé 3 nuits aux Cabinas Cahuita, et nous nous y sommes sentis vraiment biens! Kim et Flo les gérants sont très accueillants, ils sauront vous réserver un bel accueil et vous partager leurs meilleurs tips pour visiter le coin, et plus largement le Costa Rica! L’emplacement des Cabinas est parfait, à 2 pas du parc National mais aussi du petit centre ville avec les restaurants, magasins, ATM… Nous avons apprécié la cuisine partagée qui est très propre et très bien équipée! La propreté des chambres et des espaces communs est irréprochable. Les chambres disposent d’une clim, ce qui est un plus. La piscine permet aussi de se rafraîchir tout en profitant de la terrasse. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

Logement très bien situé dans Cahuita, à deux pas de l’entrée du parc national. Très bon accueil et conseils des managers, qui sont français en plus ! Cuisine à disposition très bien équipée et piscine sympa dans le jardin. Chambre climatisée. 4 places de parking dans le jardin. Douche chaude mais sans gros débit.

La chambre mériterait un petit rafraîchissement (remarque commune à tous les logements que nous avons fait au Costa Rica).

We were really comfortable at the hotel. It’s so near to Cahuita Park and to the black beach! Everything was comfortable and clean. The hotel has a relaxing pool for the guests and a clean and complete kitchen. The owners are very helpful and gave us great tips about the area, they even helped us a lot when our rented car broke!!

The owners are really nice and had good recomondations for cahuita and also other places i was going on my travels in costa rica!

The owners and their two dogs were so lovely. The pool was a great addition and needed at times to escape the heat! The accommodation is cleaned daily and kept to a high standard. The location in town was perfect, not in the thick of all the restaurants but very close by to the main road. The beds were really comfortable too.

We had a lot of mosquitoes in our room when we first arrived but that can’t be helped when the room was empty!

As a budget place, it was great. The best part of the place is the sweet French girl. She has all the great tips for your short stay in Cahuita; how to visit the National park, and how to move around the other small nice places around , Puerto Viejo, Punta Uva, Manzanillo etc. She suggested to rent a bike which was the best tip for the stay. The place has a kitchen too, where you can make a coffee anytime. Pretty place for the price.

Sometimes the dogs bark at night and the swimming pool water is not very refreshing. There are beaches around, you don't need a to get into the swimming pool.

The atmosphere at this hotel was amazing. If you want to take some time off and relax, this is the perfect accommodation for you. Also the owners are very helpful and will give you excellent recommendations for the activities in cahuita.

This is a fairly priced accommodation with an absolute lovely couple as your host. It's in a great position, next to the bus station and the supermarket.

The beds could have more comfort.

Very friendly staff. Gave good advice for continuing traveling towards Panama. Nice little pool. Good restaurants within walking distance. Bus stop very close. Nice beaches within walking distance.

Kim and Flo were the very best hosts. They were helpful with information, attentive to my needs and concerns, and responsible with cleanliness. The location is very convenient and easy to find and use as a base for your stay in town. I would happily recommend and stay here again.

We really liked the most friendly host Kim. She helped with everything. We had a room with airco and bathroom. The airco worked great. You can cook your own meals and there are 2 supermarkets near to get everything you need! There are two really friendly dogs. There is a place outside where you can drink and eat. Almost no bugs are here. There rooms were really cleans and the beds were goods. Shower really good, you have to find out how it exactly works, but then perfect. Always hot and cold water.

I loved the shared spaces. we enjoyed the pool and outdoor seating area where we ended up chatting with a few fellow travellers. the kitchen was always very clean
