Pool was great, bathroom good but kitchen could do with an upgrade

Large comfortable self contained apartment with cooking facilities and laundry. very close to beach and restaurants. Lovely pool. Reception is friendly and helpful.

The interiors are a little dated but this didn’t bother us and is reflected fairly in the price

Kitchen had everything you need. Big space, good location, get everywhere by walk. Nice pool.

Loved that it was so family friendly, the pools were amazing & the location was perfect. We especially loved the extra touches like the daily beach towels available, the beach toys to borrow & little book library.

The bathroom was dated & needed some repairs & our kitchen rangehood didn’t work

We love the location and the staff were friendly and helpful. Loved that they allowed us to have 5 relatives come for a BBQ one evening and that the BBQ facilities were clean.

Furniture could be updated.

Loved the privacy and tranquility of the accommodation and the location is excellent.

Aging rooms with any door closing and chair scraping heard from all rooms above and beside.

Well located, reasonably well appointed room with all facilities of an apartment. Staff are known to us from a previous visit & are friendly & competent.

Can be noisy with young children screaming when they use the pool, maintenance of the room’s facilities was poor & some items were quite dated, there seemed to be some effect on us from whatever cleaning item was used giving us constant sinus issues. We have stayed in better places for less money.

Location is brilliant Georgia at reception was overly helpful and super friendly :-)

The TV remote did not work to power the TV on/off We stayed 5 nights and no cleaning carried out or room servicing - new towels, etc

The apartment was in an excellent location, very close to 40 mile beach and a few minutes walk to the town. The building is clean, and the apartment was very comfortable. It is not a new building but well kept. The garage has continuous puddles, but is usable. Overall, our stay there was great and we thoroughly enjoyed Port Douglas.

The living room furniture was not very comfortable. The shower in the bath was quite slippery and we had to put a towel under our feet in order not to slip.

Apartment needs some maintenance but no big deal, comfort is more important to me

Kids loved the lagoon pool! Room was great, except the showerhead.

The water pressure was bad, my daughter had to have her hair washed in the laundry sink (as the pressure there was much better) Also the balcony locks were very finicky, had trouble locking them. The room just needs a few things updated.
