Beautiful view and very spacious.

The location was fantastic. The villa was very spacious for 4 people and it had a washing machine and 2 bathrooms. Each room had air conditioning and Theodora was lovely and accessible if needed

There was no lounge to relax in or microwave but we could easily get around that.

we were met by the owner, Theodora, desire the lateness of our flight. The accommodation was spacious, clean, comfortable and in the heart of the lovely town whilst still being in a quiet location. The large balcony overlooks the beautiful bay, which is literally steps away. A vast selection of tavernas are on the doorstep along with a bakery which is quicker to get to for your mornung cuppa than making your own. we hired a little boat from the local boat hire guys to properly explore the gorgeous coastline - take your snorkel masks, it’s wonderful.

Nothing. The only suggestion I would make is to provide a few sun loungers for more comfortable chilling out on the fabulous balcony. Thanks for a lovely stay Theodora and family!

Such a beautiful accommodation at the heart of Syvota Bay! Highly recommended! Centric, comfy and warm. As warm and welcoming as the hosts Theodora and Aristoula who have been top class lodgers. Come some time to Lefkada an want to have the full experience? This is the place.

superb location, great specious balcony. Sivota bay is wonderful for day tour boat rental, along the bay there are good family owned restaurants with fresh fish and seafood. overall it is a quiet and family friendly location.

The bed was not comfortable, mattress need to be upgraded.

I liked the house position, few meters far from the nice Sivota port.

I didn't like the house: we were six people and the house was really too small for all of us. The kitchen was very badly equipped, with just two huge pots and a tiny pan. The cups for milk and coffee were just two.
