Great location and comfortable accommodation

Awesome accommodation very good value for the price awesome view, quite neighborhood, clean house very comfortable beds and lovely owners who have recommended us good places to eat and little tips about Nydri and the most thoughtful they come personally to say goodbye and bring also little memory for us. Was a pleasure to stay to Villa Lemon Tree!

Nothing everything was perfect!

The house is new and well maintained, well equipped as well. The view from the balcony and the balcony itself is very nice. The host is very helpful and responsive. We had left some documents and money by mistake and Mavreta helped us retrieve it quickly. We were able to use electric grill, washing machine, all kind of kitchen appliances (two toasters, two coffee machines, kettle, electric grill + regular BBQ...). The cleaning lady did a really good job.

As a family of 5, we were missing a dish washer a bit. The beds have wire core and we were not used to that, but the younger kids didn't mind. It is high up on a steep road, so you need a car to go anywhere - but you get the view in return ;-)

Great property. Amazing value for money. Location is great, very close to Nydri which is probably the best city in island Lefkada. Host were great - nice and polite, always there when we needed them for recommendations or anything else. There is stunning view from the terrace. We will definitely come back again !

I don’t recall such a thing.

The communication when booking was very good. On arrival we had a warm welcome from our hosts and they were readily available to deal with a couple of small issues that we had. Internally the property was as described and was very clean and well equipped and the Internet connection worked perfectly. We had clean sheets and towels every few days and the hot water system was excellent. Our rubbish was collected daily. The view from the balcony was lovely and we enjoyed dining al fresco, whilst watching boats come and go and the moon appearing to cast light over the sea. The villa is in a quiet location but felt secure. It was a relaxing place to be after a day out. Our hosts left us an informative guide book which we used when exploring this beautiful island by car. We also spent a lovely day out on a boat trip on the MV Christina - highly recommended. We appreciated a gift of some typical Lefkadian products when we left Lemon Tree Villa - a thoughtful touch to end a great holiday.

The property was difficult to find, although a family member came promptly and directed us after we got lost. There is no house name on the property, or at the bottom of the approach road where there are numerous other signs to villas and a hotel. Lemon Tree villa is set back quite a distance from the sea up a steep rather bumpy road. A car is definitely advisable. The private parking spot was rather tight and at a steep angle but luckily there was nobody in the neighbouring villa which shared the parking area. We found the beds in both rooms rather uncomfortable and lumpy. I turned the mattress in my room which improved matters. A mirror in the twin room would be useful.
