Breakfast was excellent. Our kids loved it. The room was very big. The mountain view from our balcony was excellent. I had my own car during our visit and I didn't have any difficulty finding a parking spot. The hotel was very clean. Hope to stay there again.

There was a road work in the neighborhood. Everywhere was a bit dusty. It is not the hotel's fault, though. I couldn't see the spa. It may be our fault because we stayed in the hotel overnight.

Personal was good. The view on mountain was nice.

The breakfast was quite poor. The choice was small and quality also not good.

Lovely place, big apartments, mountain view, friendly staff, good restaurant, comfortable beds and pillows. Me and my kids enjoyed the stay and had a lot of fun.

The outdoor heated pool was to die for. Breakfast and dinner were good as well

The Checkin and checkout was fast

1. The baby cot had no mattress and I still had to pay 20 Leva for it 2. The room was full of a smoke smell 3. The bed and pillows was the most uncomfortable that I have ever experienced at any hotel 4. Breakfast choice was very limited and you had to pay extra for orange juice 5. The Breakfast hall was so dirty with some tables half made up, rubbish on the tables and on the floor 6. The toilets by the breakfast hall had poo all over them and toilet paper all over the floor, it was like this for two days without any change 7. The relax spa area had a blow up jacuzzi which was half deflated and had no water in 8. The air conditioning in the room was not working 9. One of the two lifts were not working and the one that was working malfunctioned all the time This is by far NOT a 4 star hotel and for the money I would say it is daylight robbery. I would not recommend anyone to stay here, the photos and facilities description are deceiving
