Great location, wonderful pools. We loved being on the beach. Our room led onto the beach which was amazing. Lots of trees and wildlife around with was great. Room was a great size. Beach bar also nice.

Bathrooms need to be updated, they were very basic (clean) but very old. Otherwise the room was good. The other aspect was the cost of eating or drinking at the hotel bar, we would have stayed there more, but it was pretty expensive. One of the most expensive pizza's we saw in CR. Overall the cost was more than parts of Miami.

I LOVED this place! the staff is super nice, our room was beautiful with a ocean view, iguanas everywhere!! Such a beautiful view at the restaurant. best pinto in Costa Rica!!!

Location was superb. Staff was ever present and available. Everything was clean and well maintained. Restaurant in site was an added bonus! We will DEFINATELY stay here again.

I loved the location of the hotel as well as the facilities it offered such as the three pools, gym, restaurant/bar. Our room was also very nice we had a balcony that looked to the ocean and the room was clean and comfortable.

I wish there was chairs provided by the hotel to sit out on the beach such as the other hotels next to Hotel Tangeri. But I do under due to location on the beach it would be hard to sit chairs out there.

Breakfast exceeded expectations. Food was tasty, well presented and portions enough to fill full. Coffee was delicious and unlimited. First morning breakfast was served to the table, second day and on, it was buffet. Personnel was friendly and by the second day, most knew our names - it made us feel part of the family. Variety of options for lunch and dinner.

The only thing I was disappointed was only one (1) small glass of orange juice was served with breakfast, the second was charged to the room. Have in mind not everyone drink coffee in the morning and many like to drink a tall glass of orange juice or two small one. Might not be necessary to serve both at the same time but to let guests know it is available and if they requested, it can be served. Also, a very small towel was provided to walk out of the shower. When ask for a second towel, I guess did not sent well. It was provided but I felt like I was requesting too many additional towels - for a family of 4.

centrally located in Jaco! Nice beach front property with nice pool and outdoor facilities. The rooms were big and clean. Good food at the restaurant.

The room was a little outdated. When I arrived the room was extremely hot and inside did not smell fresh. The aircontition was not turned on. The refrigerator was not plugged in and took a long while to get cold.

Great to have 2 pools plus one for the kiddies, our beachfront room with terrace, the spacious room, the cleanlinest, the friendliness of most of the staff, the dedication of the reception staff towards customers (they organized our private shuttle, printed papers for the airport, etc.), the greenery on the hotel site, the restaurant Rancho Bar under a palapa and beachfront (ideal to watch sunsets while having a drink), amazing location in Jaco and fantastic value for money!

Lack of shade around the pool, no cushions on the pool lounging chairs so it was a bit hard to stay seated for a while, lack of diversity at breakfast, a few rooms could use a facelift.

Pools

We only stayed for one night, but found it to be very spacious and comfortable. Staff were all pretty helpful, the location is great- right on the main drag but set back closer to the beach to where it was more quiet. The beach is steps away. The town is nuts, so we were glad to be away from the craziness.

Safes could be updated to be digital and not need to check out a key from the front desk.

The best location in Jaco - directly at the beach, which is very quiet and you can enjoy the beautiful sunset directly from the hotel. Very simple but clean rooms.

The staff in the restaurant was very unfriendly, didn't always try to speak English and with breakfast service choice was limited and they didn't allow you to request a small change (e.g. toast instead of potatoes) or a refill of orange juice because I wasn't drinking coffee. The restaurant/bar itself is at a beautiful location and a great choice of food but we rather went to all the other restaurants Jaco has to offer because the service is much better elsewhere in town.
