In 1 year leaving in Colombia, this is the first city around Bogota that I met. The hotel is so comfortable, has a very nice staff and facilities. The high point for sure are the dogs from the hotel! The hotel is very close to the city center, and has easy way to get a taxi. I will comeback more times for sure!

The cleaning at the pools and some areas should needed a bit more of attention!

Despite being in a very popular tourist destination, we were still able to feel very relaxed and like we had a lot of space to ourselves. The food was good and I loved that it was pet friendly.

The location and the rooms were accurate to our needs

The dog,food, pool and rooms The cats were really uncomfortable we were eating they were always next to you craving for food we did not like it

Not Pet friendly at all!!! Rude staff. The pool was not clean. No restaurant service. Snacks were offered but there weren’t any available. No real space for pets. Very bad
